look the proof that kyubi have sharingan

That is no proof, its the Kyuubi's eye taking shape of a Sharingan since Obito Uchiha or Madara Uchiha was controlling him. In the picture you provided its, Obito Uchiha during the attack on the leaf by the Nine-tails and the Masked Man. Kurama does not have the Sharingan and Naruto will never be able to awaken the Sharingan since the Sharingan is a bloodline ability (Kekkai Genkai) to the Uchiha clan.
