Kyuubi/Kurama only got Sharingan because of Obito was using the Sharingan to control him. Still I have no idea exactly why Kurama would get the sharingan as well just because he is controlling him. So it might be a secret behind it all, but no I doubt that Naruto will get Sharingan.

So far it is only stated that Kurama got Sharingan just because he was controlled by Obito.

There are tons of mangas that are read left to right as well. So no that doesn't make sense. Manga doesn't mean it haft to be read from right to left.

Manga is a different kind of style of art to draw but also a different way to tell the reader a story. Like comic there is much more text than Manga has. Manga tries to show story by showing more pictures/drawings panels.

If I remember correctly the sharingan exists in the uchiha bloodline. Kakashi has sharingan but recieves it from obito that's why he only has it in one eye. And what fun would naruto be if he was kyuubi and had sharingan
