Naruto mastered chakra control

I still think that the two slug princesses have the best chakra control in the series, for one it is what they are known for, what sets them apart. You can really compare Naruto's cloak to them because they are jink, and if they were they probably would be able to do the same thing, besides they are doing something similar with Katsuyu (Probably were Naruto got that idea from). Store chakra for 3 year straight, while performing other techniques that souley relied on chakra control. And medical ninjutsu require chakra control, transforming you chakra into healing chakra and it is vital to match the amount of chakra used to the severity of the affliction or injury. They do that at once x100+

Just a reminder, this is just chakra manipulation, not chakra control. They have two completely different meanings and rasengan has already been stated to be the highest form of chakra manipulation, a form of EXTERNAL chakra control, whereas chakra control in general is considered INTERNAL in nature.

Chakra control was perfected when he learned the TBB. He was able to perfectly add the appropriate amount of chakra together to get the blast.
