Why is it that only one chapter gets released every week and is the volume like all the chapters combined? I know these are some really old questions, but I would just like to know the answers.

Are there volumes?
If there are, then yea, they would be like 10 chapters in one or something like that.

No, not really.
Kishi usually has about 6 months or a year written in advance.
That's how he can give us all of those little previews and shit.
