Unfortunately I did read it again and it still doesn't make sense. You're saying the manga sucks but only because everything is better in the anime, but would you be saying that if the anime didn't exist? What you're saying isn't even a real criticism of the manga

I'll tell you why in the anime why it doesnt give you chills it's because you know what will happen it will not be a surprise so u couldnt care that's why but if you're seeing what happens for the first time in the anime you'll get chills!! When i first watched episode 165 of shippuden it gave me chills

But i have stopped reading the manga and then start the anime, NO CHILLS WHAT SO EVER, even if it was unexpected. Its just bad animation and the way they tell the story with so many filler shit. Its not worthy of my watching it.

It's always better to watch the anime, because animated, colored and stuff is much better, but sometimes the way Kishimoto presents things in the manga is better than the animators do. For example, I didn't like Sasuke's EMS revelation in the anime as much as I liked it in the manga. It was horrible in the anime, it looked like a fan-made. And again, Obito's revelation was amazing in the anime, much more adorable than in the manga. It depends on the situation, that is.
