[Technical Issue] Naruto Manga redirects me to a malicious website

There is like a 20% chance of me being redirected to a website where it says outdated Java plug in but than my anti virus blocks the redirection and says that this is a malicious website. So I can't read the manga properly on Naruto Base any more.

I'm using Google Chrome. So how do I delete these cookies without deleting any vital info?
