I think what will happen next in the manga is that madara is just about to kill all 5 kages because he is tired of playing around but as soon as he is about to kill them all itachi releases edo tensei.

Sasuke will kill Kabuto to keep Itachi. That way the Madara vs Kage fight will remain undisturbed and Itachi can tell us all about the massacre (that sounds really weird out of context)

Also, I really wish Madara would just die. No one should be able to own five of the strongest ninja on his own.
