Well not quite... Minato is sill inexperienced in using Nine tails chakra mode, while Naruto got a lot of expierience from using chakra arms, bijuudama etc. in Fourth Great Ninja World War.

Proofs:

1) Minato can't use chakra arms
2) Minato can't speedblitz as Naruto did with chakra cloak
3) Minato can't use Bijuudama nor Mini Bijuudama etc.

That only lead me to conclusion that Minato would be even more inexpierienced in Tailed beast mode... unless other Kurama took over Minato's body to use it's skills then I agree...

But Minato is incapable of doing it as it was shown in the manga until now.

Simply Other Kurama(dark) helped Minato in Tailed beast mode to create two Tailed beast bomb, then Minato give one to Tobirama (Same as Tobirama grabbed Obito's black orb), both teleported right away to Obito and slammed TBB in him

ur prediction made my day............loved every bit of it.........though i'm not sure if someone from the sarutobi clan can use the techniques tht belong solely to the nara clan,yamanaka clan and the akimichi clan.......
