I'm kind of pissed right now. I swear Kishi has somehow laced his weekly releases with crack or heroin, and I'm not going to get my fix next week.
Don't get me wrong, the latest chapter was awesome, but as always, while Kishi has seemingly ended a major segment of the story, he has also created many new questions. Questions that aren't going to be answered for at least two weeks.
1. What happened to Madara? Is he going to stay around because his resurrection is somehow special? Did he already have Susanoo step on the Kage while Itachi was having Kabuto weave the hand signs? While I don't really want the Kage to die, I want to see more of Madara's Susanoo.
2. Kabuto's fate is still in question. Is Sasuke just going to kill him after Itachi fades away? Is he just going to stay in the cave? Is he going to wake up and fight Sasuke now? What is Sasuke going to do now? He could probably walk up to the gates of Konoha and kill everybody since most (if not all) of the shinobi are out fighting the war. Is he going to go find Tobi? Or Naruto? Or is he going to have a Tsukuyomi talk with Itachi?
3. What is going on with Naruto's fight with Tobi? He looked like he has been getting his ass kicked. How bad is the fight going? Did the reinforcements arrive, yet? Are they all dead?
4. Is the war over? Does Tobi know that he has been defeated? Does he have a contingency plan? Does it even matter? Is Tobi going to pay a visit to Sasuke and Kabuto?
5. What's next?
There are so many questions, and I know that they aren't all going to be answered for a while. I also know that I am just going to have to live with Kishi's schedule, but he always does this; he writes an epic, game-changing chapter, and then goes on break. Why now, when the war is seemingly over? Why couldn't he have gone on break last week, or during the whole Kabuto life story flash back? Kishi could have probably taken the last two months off and I wouldn't have cared so much.
Anyways, just venting a bit. I think its part of the withdrawal symptoms.
