If Obito hadn't survived What would the ninja world be like?

Minato and Kushina would be alive, so Naruto wouldn't be an orphan
Presumably Minato would still be Hokage, and Sarutobi would be alive and enjoying his retirement
The Uchiha Clan would not have been blamed for the attack (since it wouldn't have happened), and thus wouldn't have been forced to live in one corner of the village and spied on
As a result, they probably would not have planned the coupWith no coup, there's no need for the Uchiha Massacre, so the clan would still be around, and guys like Shisui and Itachi would be directly protecting Konoha
Danzo wouldn't have his Sharingarm and would be less powerful, which is probably good
Orochimaru would probably still kicked out from the village, and possibly create the sound village, but there would be no Akatsuki for him to join
If Orochimaru tries to team up with the Sand Village to destroy Konoha, he gets pwned by Minato/Itachi/the Uchiha Clan.
Since there's no Akatsuki, Yugito, Yagura, Roshi, Han, Ukataka, and Fuu are still alive.
The Mist Village probably doesn't have a civil war without Obito controlling Yagura and making him do evil shit.
Yagura is probably still the Mizukage and Kisame is probably still loyal to the Mist village (and may not have to kill his comrades as often).
Yahiko never forms Akatsuki (he got the idea from Obito) and thus the Ame orphans never come into conflict with Hanzo. This means that Yahiko isn't killed, Nagato isn't crippled, Konan isn't emotionally dead, and there are no paths of Pain.
Jiraiya isn't killed since there's no Pain or Akatsuki.
Konoha isn't blown up for the same reason
Asuma is also still alive
The current war never happens
So basically Obito is much More Important than MADARA and to certain extent Naruto aswell
