The manga should have ended before Madara was revived with Rinne Tensei. The Four Hokages returning was supposed to be the big turning point in the war that would tip things in their favor but they didn't do shit. I really feel like he isn't planning anything and he's just writing whatever idea pops into his head next. It's sloppy. He wrote himself into a corner when Madara was revived and all of a sudden with not even a single Rinnegan he was more powerful than all of the tailed beasts (let's not get into once he actually got the Rinnegan) and ever since then it's plot twist after plot twist (Obito betrays Madara and becomes jinchuriki, Madara trolls Obito, Sasuke and Naruto get Sage's powers, Madara gets betrayed by black Zetsu and Kaguya appears, actually the plot twists started with Madara's revival with Edo Tensei because let's not forget him having Hashi's face on his chest) The plot would have been fine had they just sealed Madara and successfully stopped the Ten Tails before it could reach it's final stage.
I feel Madara was an exceptional entertainment... I feel that Kishi will forever regret the choice of getting rid of him.
