Okay so here's my theory
Naruto has stated that he can not be hokage if he can't even save a friend and we all know naruto never goes back on his world especially "a promise if a lifetime".
People are thinking in way to many directions for example some think both will die some think sasuke will win and some think naruto will. Well kishimoto in fact said one of the main characters would die and I believe that 100% and I think it will be sasuke.
I think sasuke and naruto will fight bloody and fierce showing no mercy at all most likely revealing new abilities.
Sasuke showing new abilities with his rinnegan and naruto showing new nature transformations.
But we have multiple dilemmas going on
1.) you need both to release the infinite tsukoyomi
2.) sasuke has sealed the tailed beasts
3.) if naruto kills sasuke some people think he won't become hokage
So honestly I think naruto will finally man up and do what he needs to do and kill sasuke after a long battle and a talk of course.
I believe sasuke at the end of this arc will finally accept that his ways were wrong and being beaten and dying changes last minute(kind of like madara) but with his remaining chakra helps naruto release the infinite tsukuyomi and use his rinne tensei to revive all the people that were killed. Also
Just because I want it to happen
I would honestly like to see kakashi lose his eye again being given sasukes sharingan or rinnegan( mostly because I do believe he will be the 6th hokage and I hate to see that he is downsized before becoming hokage however the sharingan are his chakra up so maybe he actually will pull out new moves that he couldn't use before afterall he was able to copy rasengan maybe he copied FTG/sorry I always assumed he copied it but I forgot he tried adding lightning to it but he failed that's when he invented the chidori and lightning cutter my bad but that makes him even more impressive don't you think? The sharingan eats up more chakra off an non uchiha because they don't have that special chakra. So really what makes kakashis stamina so bad is the sharingan I know still lower then average but it was also increased overtime in the show to make be able compete with stronger opponents )
