I really hope it does, shame Madara has overstayed his welcome. If Kishi isn't lying to us about it ending this year then he'll pretty much be forced into doing an epilogue rather than an actual final arc. I welcome either, as long as he does the ending justice. I'd like it to end, it's time for some closure on this frankly huge story and time for us to happily move on.

I have to agree that the manga doesn't have that "approaching" feeling yet and if it were close to ending, it should start to become apparent.

When did he say that?

A lot of people quote Kishi in here, as if they talk to him daily. I would like to see people post links every time they quote him, the same as showing a scan to prove something happened in the manga. I notice when someone makes a claim without a link or a scan, people generally speak up to demand proof (or tell the person to shut the hell up). I would like to see the same with regards to quoting Kishi - provide a link to where he said it or don't quote him.
