It's good but not close enough. Kishimoto uses copic makers to color. If I was you I would use alcohol based markers like copic or use color pens and use a paint brush with rubbing alcohol on it to make it appear to be done in marker. If you use marker or a wet media you have to color on a thick paper or pad.I tried

If you use paint tool sai you can make custom brushes or download them from deviantart. I remember a while a go some people on devianart made custom copic marker brushes for paint tool sai. It looked just like traditional copic markers.Thanks.
But it's kinda try to pull that off considering I'm using digital no traditional tools. I think the trick lies in contrast.

I don't really use dodge and burn..well Sai doesn't have that.I know gimp does but I just play around with the base color, new multipled layer(s) for the shadow and to smoothing out some of the shadows I used the water brush or blur tool.I'll check it out thanks.
Always thought applying constant dodge and burn was a drag.
Dodge and burn can be quite useful if you really get use to them.
