I read naruto manga by downloading its zip from narutobase. It comes with some fanarts from deviantart. So the shonen jump magazine takes images from deviantart and print it in the book? or mangapanda takes them and puts them into the zip?

I can't read shonen jump magazine because I am in India. Never seen it even once.

Shonen jump doesn't publish fan images. Except for the cover, color pages are a rarity. SJ should be available to purchase online in your country.
