Guys... I thought it was told in manga that white zetsu were cultivated by madara from hashirama's cells and they were bsically weakened clones of hashi.... Am i missing something here???

why it feels like Hamura has different power as compare to Hagoromo . 1st Hagoromo has rinnegan except byakugan ,,,dat means Hamura should have byakugan but doesnt have rinnegan .. they both have same power except dojutsu . everytime kishi gave importance to sharingan and rinnegan in manga and so we know this dojutsu power ,,but we doesnt have complete information regarding byakugan ,,,now its time manga will reveal wat d byakugan dojutsu can do ... i am preety sure Hamura will be revealed soon ....in coming chapter

I feel like Zetsu is a canvas from the God Tree/Juubi, and through the use of Hashirama's Cells via the Gedo Mazo, Zetsu was able to use Hashirama's abilities. I can only imagine what it would be like to have Zetsu being fed from all of the different chakra from all of the different villages.
