Here's what I think could going to happen.
Everyone is trapped in the mugen tsukyomi.
Naruto- everyone is at peace and he is hokage.
-the war is over
-team 7 is back to the way it was
-everyone is alive
-or...Naruto goes back to childhood and dreams himself being raised by both his parents.Growing up with friends...him and sasuke are good friends...sakura likes him back.etc etc
Sasuke- either his whole clan never died, his clan is revived, or he is hokage and he redeems the uchiha name.(His eternal dream may reveal what he truly seeks)
Sakura-Team 7 is back to normal. Sakura still has feelings for sasuke, but this time sasuke reciprocates.They get married...have kids maybe.
Kakashi-Either kakashi finds himself woken up from a dream of what he thought to have been "real"(when, in fact,was real), it turns out obito never died and rin never died, so everyone's watching kakashi wake up and is smiling. or... Kakashi and obito go back to the leaf village.
Garaa- Garaa finds himself in a genjutsu where he was brought up with two of his parents. His mother, and father are both alive. He never became a jinchuuriki.
Obito- Rin is alive...he becomes hokage
Shikamaru- His father is alive, his sensei, Asuma, is alive.
TenTen- She has surpassed every female ninja and is hailed as the greatest kunoichi(You know that's a genjutsu...but it's not impossible)
Hinata- She marries naruto, her uncle and cousin neji bother never died, she is less shy, she is more confident.
Either someone will be immune to the genjutsu, and try to break everyone free from the genjutsu, or...everyone will realize for themselves that they are in a genjutsu because they notice something isn't right.Perhaps that realization will cause them to break free from it.
Itachi said "Every jutsu has it's weakness"...so what is mugen tsukyomi's weakness?Realization?
