Guess so but up until this point it was considered by many to be some sort or doujutsu that would later evolve into Sharingan (and maybe Byakugan).

after reading this chapter one thing is confirmed that naruto manga is not goin to end it will continue. Now there a lot of question in my mind first is what happened to Hagoromo's brother ? is he has same power and rinnegan eye as sage ?is His brother has half of Jyubbi chakra into him since mentioned in manga that he and his borther fought with jyubi and sealed it inside them? what happened to his mother kaguya . she didnt have rinnegan ,why? Sage said that he broke the power of jubbi but he didnt said that he gave this power to Ashura? but in manga Ashura has some kind of kyubi type mode while fighting with Indra.? how Ashura get this power? second thing is Hagomoto said that by suffering and training hard the chakra within Ashura's body bloomed and he gained the same power as his brother that means Naruto is goin to evolved.Third Hagomoto made Ashura the successor of Ninshuu(Ninjutsu) that means Naruto is goin to be successor of Ninshuu ,,may be Hagomoto made him the successor as a gift.? what about byakugan where it is came from? where Jyubi came from ? is there more monster like Jyubi? lots of suspense .....

I dont think kishi would mess up like that. Usually he has his mythology straight.

If you must remember, the sage said that asura was the bad son and indra was the good son. Just over time the sage chose the asura son.

Asura is human path if i recall, and Deva is god path. This also further makes sense, with the naruto is a loser who became a strong person, while sasuke was always a genius.

Err no.
In hindu mythology, asuras were like the demons and the devas (of which Indra was the king) were demi-gods.
And the S06P didn't say his younger son was bad. He said he had no talent/skill like the older son.
It's just that through hard work, dedication and through help of comrades did the younger son reach up to his older brother's level.

The Byakugan is said to be a mutation of the Sharingan. The Rinnegan laid the groundwork for the Sharingan and Byakugan. So since the older son had the Sharingan, it goes by logic that the Byakugan was a mutation of it. Unless it descended from the S06P brother?

So after this chapter, I believe it's all but confirmed that in order for true peace to occur, naruto and sasuke have to cooperate,which is basically what was said on the uchiha tablet.(2 opposing forces cooperating) This will lead to the final battle. I am of the belief that both power and love are needed for peace, hence the 2 having to cooperate.

Maybe the brother of the sage is the ancestor of uzumaki and maybe hugas, imagine it they would have there own tablet that only they can dicier, and that will allso bring naruto and Hinata closer, imagine there is another naruto story after this one, focusing on the huga and there backstory, and we have a bad ass huygu villan that has unlocked some badass new huga ninjutsu. And naruto and saska son has to fight them

Lots of speculation confirmed or denied this time. I gotta admit, I'm surprised. I really thought Naruto was the Sage reincarnated. This definitely seems to relate Kaguya to the reaper.

If she is the reaper then god pless her ! Orochimaru killed the mother of the sage !

5/5 WOW..I love the way this story is going...answer a 1 or two questions, but make 5 or 6 more questions. Last week I was wrong about Naruto meeting the sage, but was blown away by this weeks great chapter.
