For those who don't understand what happened:
Lee threw the 4th's kunai at madara's chakra spheres and Minato teleported, took the hit, and teleported back in an instant.
Kakashi then used Kamui to TELEPORT part of Madara's shield away (Gai did NOT punch through it) and created an opening for Gai.

It was also said in the past that only Uchiha could unlock the Mangekyo, but Kakashi managed to do that. I have a feeling Kishi is setting up for Obito to sacrifice himself yet again and offer his eye to Kakashi for the 2nd time, only this time, it'll give Kakashi an EMS.

Yeah... That's not possible. Obito and Kakashi have the same eyes, so it's basically Kakashi getting another eye he can't control, rendering him blind unless he'll use a sharingan 100% of the time. I can see where you were going with it, but it makes no sense to do.

i can imagine when naruto wakes up it will be similiar to how obito woke up in the cave. naruto will be like ''am i dead'' and there will be an old man standing over him but with a staff not a scythe like madara. obito really got the short end of the stick didnt he?....

It's sad to see that Gai might die in vain. All he's doing is making Madara cough up blood - nothing too effective. Madara is basically toying around with him at this point.

People, could you stop making ignorant remarks (like "Kishi-logic hurr durr") every time Obito's and Kakashi's Kamui is discussed?

This chapter finally explained that Kakashi is going blind in his MS, yet people still blame Kishi because of supposed "Kamui-spam hurr durr". Really, if you were paying any attention to this war at all, you'd remember Naruto gave the Kyuubi chakra to Kakashi not once but twice, and that's why Kakashi has used Kamui a relatively large amount of times. Not to mention he is constantly improving his body's endurance of using Kamui, which has also been stated.

NEXT UP: P) about Obito: Two words, and I'm not kidding: Senju DNA. He has that on his right side, as you might have noticed, and it's been explained in the manga by multiple characters that those who possess Senju DNA receive massive boosts to their Uchiha abilities, along with many other boosts. This is why Obito has not been having trouble with blindness in his MS.

So NO MORE Kamui complaints plz.

My only gripe is Madara is now trolling even himself, or doesn't know how powerful or durable a Jubi Jin is. Claims he can't get a direct hit, once he does he gets thirsty for more.

I could see how there is a lot of argument about him "tanking" Gai's assualt because he looks completely unfazed and crazy but he's bleeding and admits he's excited. I wouldn't say he tanked it, ate and enjoyed it more likely.

Probably one of the best fights in Naruto manga. I still do not want Gai to die afterwards. I still hope Hinata could close the chakra gates that were opened. But hey, it's Kishi's call, not mine. 5/5

The 8th gate is truly impressive, even if Madara takes all the blows and survives, he will still be weaker than before which will help out in the long run. I'm kind of hoping that Madara is forced to retreat so that they have a reason to do another time skip, so Naruto and Sasuke can power up to Madara's level naturally, and take him down together.

Madara--Retreating---???? Those two words can't even be used in the same sentence, your talking about the guy who fought the 1st Hokage, the man considered the strongest shinobi ever and thought it was "exciting", your also talking about the same guy who fought all 5 Kages at once and made them look like toys...so though some of us including myself would've hoped that would happen, we can face the reality that hope is but a dream. Madara is truly bad ass, no doubt about that AND WILL NEVER RETREAT!!!! =D=D=D

It would be great if Naruto were to meet the "sage" as some people think so, but what gives you the impression that it will happen? If you are referring to the dropping water and Naruto laying in a pool of liquid, I feel that is just his mind coming awake and he will see the other tails standing over him. Hope you are right though.
