Well, if you remember how Kushina was noted for using those chains, I'm not sure it's a thing every Uzumaki can use..

Great chapter. I can't believe I'm saying this but Karin was actually kinda awesome! I'm also REALLY hoping that Sakura's going to die. Though the whole thing with how Gaara taking Naruto to Minato was pretty predictable. I'm guessing that the man at the end is Kabuto. 5/5

A lot...I must admit even myself believed Sasuke and Naruto to get power ups this chapter. How radical that it was Madara the only one to receive one. Just find it kinda funny......we all try our best to get inside Kishis head and we all end up being incorrect 99% of the time. Well....I do....

We actually don't know what Kishi meant by that as he never specifically said of was close to the end of there natural lifespan. + we don't know of hashirama gave something more to sasuke than just chakra...

The red squiggles are the major Anterior Spinal arteries than Sakura sliced through. The white lines are the several ribs that Sakura had to shatter and move in order to reach into the chest cavity, and the yellow blob is Naruto's left lung, which Sakura would've had to punch through in order to reach the heart located behind it.

Sakura is now currently contracting the heart from all sides with her fist, which is actually far less effective than standard chest compressions. This action is causing him to continuously bleed out of the gaping external and internal wounds she just created.
