You do realize that mouth to mouth was not needed. His lungs function perfectly fine, he is not choking. All he needed was for his hearth to be started. Mouth to mouth was a nice little bonus.

Mouth to mouth is not necessary, yes, chest compressions are enough for first aid (if you don't want to do mouth to mouth, based on current standards). But she's not only doing CPR. She's also doing direct pumps to his heart. She made an incision on his right side, and did manual chest pumps to his heart. Reaching for your heart, you gotta bypass the ribs. Your lungs are near your heart. Don't you think, with such a wide gash on Naruto's side, and the risk of accidental pleural puncture, he would not be able to properly breathe? That Naruto needs a lot more than chest pumps to compensate for his deteriorating physical condition, a lot of oxygen to be more specific?

Yep. I guess the final verdict could be Sakura had to do this..I mean look how desperate they are to beat Madara. Naruto and Sasuke are their only chance to beating Madara. If it means to perform mouth to mouth cpr on naruto or even manually pump naruto's heart, its a job Sakura will have to do as a Medic.

Doesn't the translation for the chapter title change when *********** version comes out? Maybe it'll make sense more then. Otherwise yeah, kinda dull title name. Doesnt tell you much.

The chapter was about saving Naruto, seemed pretty fitting. Gaara vowed that he absolutely won't let Naruto die, and as the page above showed Sakura vows to keep Naruto alive to see out his dream....make sense to me.

It does kinda make sense, I agree with that. But you know, this chapter was pretty awesome. Many great things happened, I just felt like there could have been a better title.

Someone else should come up with a title for this chapter!

Because for a medic, it's always life over limb. Risk losing a limb (or for this matter, Naruto's upper body) due to infection, than risk losing a life.

Infection can later be treated, once you lose a life you lose it forever.

I think you are taking this a bit too serious. But seriously; CPR beats the risk for heart infection. Unless she has proper ways to sterilize the wound and give 2500 mg antibiotics daily, she'd kill Naruto.

My complaint is how Kishi couldn't organize everything that happened in one chapter and decided to put the mysterious man on the last page instead. Well it could not be Kabuto but the chance of him being Kabuto is pretty high I think.

No words, simply crazy chapter, 5/5 from my side.
1. Taka and their amazing work, Karin with her chakra chains. Suigetsu with water gun and Jugo and Oro with them skills, I am really happy that Kishi gave them some opportunity to shine.:bouncy:
2. Sakura, Sakura and Sakura and them efforts.
The way she saved Naruto, prompts to her.She did an excellent work throughout the way and showed us, how well developed she is. #inb4haters
3. How can I end this without Maddy? He looked badass, and the most notable thing about this chapter was the small small details Kishi worked on, such as Maddy missing other eye.
It was a well written chapter till the end, Naruto back at it's best.

I think the chances are pretty high. And IMO, this is one of Kishi's faster paced chapters in a while. Didn't waste any time with the Juubi revival or Madara becoming the Juubi. While it took Obito 20+ chapters. It did seem a little cluttered but I didn't mind.
