But the conversation between Minato and Kurama seemed as if the Kyuubi inside Naruto talked with Minato. But the last chapter said that, "Enough to move even this half of me" That explains that the other half inside Minato knows nothing about Naruto's journey and he just now came in contact with him.

Well it's true he can't move, but that doesn't mean that he can't be in contact with the other half, like when he said "He was able to persuade my other half", that means he was able to contact the Kyuubi inside Naruto..And I believe that's not all the information he told Minato.
