I honestly dont think this will happen. IT COULD! But that would just be to weird? first he wants to take over the world then hes gonna fight with the people he wanted to destroy to stop himself from being beaten, sounds to cowardly for someone like Madara. Madara might have another plan. Maybe if he kills hashirama he might get mangekyou x2? killing his 2 best friends? (I joke) but I dont think madara will team up with the good guys.

4/5. Although I didn't really think Obito would go out so quietly, I must admit I wasn't expecting him to completely flip the script and become the Juubi's jin. The circus will never end it seems.

I'm not sure if anybody anwered this yet, but they can only do so much as Edo.
They're immortal, and self-regenerating chakra. Not infinite chakra. Meaning the division by clones splits the chakra evenly between the clones. So if a 100% powered Tobirama makes 2 clones. 1/3 of chakra can be used by each clone and it will self-replenish until it reaches 1/3 of max chakra.
TL;DR - It's a Chakra Pool that is evenly distributed between clones. Similar to the Fission Techniques, if the chakra pool isn't huge enough, you can't do techniques that require more than what you already have. ie - Dust Release/Particle Style.
