I am on the same page on you in regards to your anticipation of Naruto's response to all of this. He's seemed very observant these past few chapters, starting around the time Sasuke came back. Will the "bonds" he made with the bijuu be similar to the power that Itachi gave Naruto to use against Sasuke? Kurama has repeatedly compared Naruto to the Sage.

Not saying he is going to be the next Sage but he could assume that kind of role to stop Obito.

True... Madara is one crafty bastard. He has definitely got an ace or 2 up his sleeves. I wouldn't be surprised to see a true Hashirama clone come out of nowhere and get used especially for Madara's resurrection.

Of course, Madara is always going to to be formidable. Obito on the other hand, seems to be just as formidable. He's a great villain because he is polarizing. One moment you think you've reached an advantage and then out of no where he pulls something else. What makes him awesome is that he's had the odds stacked against him. Madara on the other hand is a power house, and throws his weight around. Still formidable though.

it seems like naruto was first to react at obito's transformation, on the last panel we can see him pulling minato and sasuke with kuruma's chakra.

Correct me if I'm mistaken. I thought Obito was able to take control only because Minato killed the black zetsu... If Minato did not attack Obito, Madara would have been able to take control. That's how I thought it was.
