I liked the chapter....especially when the Team 7 acknowledged the sheer awesomeness of the first 4. People tend to forget how dead the alliance would have been without that barrier.

I rated this chapter a 3 because it was ridiculously too short.

Once again Hashirama shows why I have always said he was the most powerful shinobi ever. Restraining the juubi's 10 tails and head, helping create and maintain a massive barrier, creating wood clones, lifting 4 parts of the barrier to let ninjas in, and guiding the other ninja all at the same time and not even breaking a sweat.

I am impressed with the power of the 4 Hokages. Able to contain a blast from the 10 tails is very impressive and shows why Konoha is the top village.

Sakura has reached the pinnacle of chakra control!!! And may even be more powerful than Tsunade according to Hashirama. I look forward to seeing what else she can do.

Decent chapter but not long enough and not enough showing off Sakura's abilities. Hopfully she can do more than hit harder.

Sasuke decided that he wanted to become Hokage in one chapter, and that pretty much made the past 300-400 chapters useless. Naruto: I'll save you from darkness and bring you back to Konoha! No worries, Sasuke does that anyway.

That exactly how I feel about Sasuke wanting to be Hokage and Tobi being reveal as Obito(dumb overrated ninja, make us think he was a true villian before seeing talkninjutsu with Kakashi).

Now if Sasuke try to become Hokage through power to build his own ninja system(that Naruto don't think is the right way to go) and just fighting with Naruto right now to take control of the Ten Tail for himself and than Sasuke get half the ninja world on his side and the other half join Naruto, to have a war for absolute power, than Naruto could make sense again. Until than Naruto is garbage now and Kishi is lazy bad writter in my opinion(with this back at the chunin exam, Sasuke fighting against the only guy left in the world, who is similar to him, happy go Lucy nonsense).

I mean Sasuke will never get voted to Hokage(even if Naruto want him to, because it not a dictatorship), after leaving with Oroachimaru and now surpose best friends with him. Killing a could be Hokage in Danzo and attacking the Kage summon cause Tobi Obito told him to. So if Kishi don't find more of a boss ninja way to have Sasuke become a kage, instead of just the idea of coming back to the village to have a tournament for Hokage, Kishi will just be redoing what he already did, because he ran out of idea's.

Might as well and say this is Sakura's chapter LOL basically what this chapter was about mainly. Over all to me this chapter was ok this chapter did not have huge impact like last chapter.

Pros:

*It was nice to see the konoha 9 gather again

*Finally Kishi finally gave Sakura ACTUAL development since the recuse Gaara arc. Sakura character always been inconsistent threw story, finally she got break for once


Cons:

*The yin seal is suppose to be a uzumaki technique, yet Sakura can use it

*If Sakura store chakra for 3 years to use the yin seal, why didn't Sakura use the yin seal in previous arcs in the time skip especially against Sasuke

*Madara proven to me in this chapter he not that great of a villain all he wants is that morning wood LOL

Ehh... overall. Chapter didn't have action = felt a little short because of it. But it was cool to have some background revealed on the Yin Seal.

I thought the chapter wasn't as epic as the last one, but what wouldn't be more epic than Sasuke saying that he would become Hokage? I thought Sakura's power was cool too. She was able to defeat her enemies in one punch and probably saved lots of lives. I also found Madara's statement to be unnerving. He would wait until the original came along? That is the most arrogant comment I've heard in the series. Supposing he survives the slaughter of the Juubi, I can't help but to think he would already be defeated by then. I also found it interesting that Rookie Nine seemed to acknowledge Sasuke (expect black-and-white Shikamaru), and I kept on thinking on Kiba's declaration that he would be the one to be Hokage. That is not going to happen.

The chapter was a stepping stone for Sakura’s character development and her power-up was much needed.

@Anyone who questioned why she didn’t use this in her past battles:
The Infuin: Kai(Yin Seal: Release) takes a period of time to store the chakra within it in order to release it. The logic behind her not releasing it against Sasori was due to this seal’s requirement of charging chakra to a certain limit which seemingly was not reached at that time and this can be further alluded by Shizune’s quote.

So much for people who don’t even want to give Sakura’s character the benefit of the doubt as Hashirama’s quote raises her merits quite high.

but love, the point of the yin seal is the diamond, without the diamond storing the chakra in it it wouldn't be possible, since is the seal itself. By using their chakra control and focusing on the seal they can store it, that's what Shizune meant. Every seal has a design to it, we have all seen alot of seals along the series to see this. The difference in the designs (besides of course the different uses they all have and represent), are that some look more complex looking than others. Take for example Minato's Hiraishin technique, is not the kunai that makes the technique work, but the seal that's on the kunai. Tsunade herself explained that the diamond is the point itself where the chakra is being store. When Tsunade is storing she has the diamond but when she releases the seal, it turns into an X shape like marking that goes from her face and little below. If Sakura has been storing chakra for 3 years the diamond should have appear looooong ago since it's the seal itself. Like I said before it feels more like that Kishi didn't know what else to do too power her up, I would have prefer if she had a technique to call her own and windblown us, but oh well. Also, right now, I believe Sakura hasn't release the seal completely but is using small amounts of it, cause if she did fully released it wouldn't she have that full on marking around her face and body?

Felt like the last 10 chapters...short and boring! As thrilled as I am for every wednesday to see the manga I'm just hoping that in the end it was worth our time. I feel that i can't be more surprised from what's goin to happen next... im startin to think that im actually 12 years old just by the fact that i still watch dis manga... Hope that it won't finish like the series of Lost...

Let me guess future:
* Madara was dissappointed from moment that he realize he come back as edo-tensei. That means he cant be jinjuriki of ten tails. He respects hashirama so he is waiting for battle end. Basically he gave up on his project because of edo-tensei and Tobi acts like "i will do whatever i want". Edo-Madara vs Edo-Hashirama will not happen imo. (Talk no jutsu probably)
* Tobi will pawn by talk no jutsu so he will help destroy/split ten tails.
* Sakura will be hokage. (retarded eh? sadly it goes this way)
* Sasuke cant accept village rules etc and will go missing-nin again.
* Naruto will let Sakura to become hokage because when Sakura want something, Naruto cant argue to her and probably he will be busy with reaching/fighting Sasuke again.

Infinte Tsukuyomi. I brought it up, because if there was a chance it happened chances are team 7 could break out of it. Sasuke with his eyes, Naruto with the 9 tails, and Sakura getting that genjutsu power up that was foreshadowed in Part 1.

This manga is becoming so CHEESY that I will probably see My Little Pony afterwards... Whats the matter, now every bad guy is "turning good"? Sasuke, Orochimaru? Everybody wants to be the hokage? Bah....

Whats the matter with Madara? He doen't care about his plan anymore? He just wants to fight Hashirama? That is just pathetic PATHETIC....

I'm glad Sakura got an upgrade, she was pretty useless if you ask me.

this could have been epic if sakura's upgrade was gradual or at best foreshadowed say ten chapters ago. seems the flashback with tsunade was kind of forced and random.

still delicious but kind of too cheesy. let's just be glad folks kishi is still entertaining us. =D

You seriously didn't start connecting the dots when Tsunade took on Madara? She made a very long speech about how medic ninjas couldn't enter battle until they learned her technique. The same speech Kishi used 3 or 4 flashbacks with Sakura early in part 2.

More than a few chapters back, when the Kages were fighting with Madara, Tsunade let loose her best technique and it made Madara laugh (not literally, but he wasn't exactly impressed). But he said something interesting. Somebody correct me on this (I notice past chapters have been removed from this site so I can't be accurate with the statement); Madare mentioned that her technique was nothing next to her grandfather's and that she couldn't do some regenerating technique like he could. WEEEEEELLLLLLLL, I think Sakura can do whatever that technique is. That's why I think this chapter is awesome. It's not exactly super strength per se. It's the chakra control she has. I think Sakura is going to surprise quite a few people.
