How is it bullshit? Minato sealed the remaining half into himself. Unlike Naruto, Minato didn't have to fight Kurama for it, as the conscious of the tailed beast was with Naruto, and not Minato. In simpler words, it was there for him to take. It only took some chakra control.

Minato didn't have to train because he sealed nothing but CHAKRA inside himself! In Naruto, he sealed the tailed beast, so Naruto had to fight against Kurama to attain his chakra. Minato on the other hand has the 9 tails chakra inside of himself which he can just use..

Btw it isn't BM, it's KCM. Minato doesn't have a Bijuu within himself for it to be Bijuu Mode.

I think it's more of kurama doesn't have a will in the kyuubi chakra that minato has and so there was no tug of war (he simply has the chakra like a pseudo jink like kinkaku/ ginkaku) also he's good with seals so he could have put the seal on himself to let the kyuubi's chakra leak out xd

it's not BM it's KM and no it's not hard to grasp as to why he's able to do it...jin and kin bro's had no problem turning into a huge ass nine tails cloak so minato having the nine tails chakra in him already and the same seal as naruto he's able to do KM he can't do BM cause he has no bijuu inside of him just some chakra of the ninetails

True that, I mean Sasuke hated Konaha and now he wants to be the Hokage....Wat kinda random rubbish is Kishi writing? And why does Minato look EXACTLY like Naruto in that mode, its not like he has or ever had the Kyuubi inside him. Seriously, is kishi thinking as he writes or is he making it up as he goes along?

honestly were it not for him powering uchihas to such ungodly levels, he wouldn't have to do this. I however agree that it just sort of feels tacked on, and the logic behind it is kinda fuzzy. He had flee on sight orders and yet his trump card in this battle is his hybrid km/bm. Honestly I doubt kishi even cares if things like that can even be explained,and it is his manga, so you might as well just sit back and enjoy the show.

minato has half of the kyuubi in himself and I agree that he shouldn't be able to have bm mode just like that, However he was in the stomach of the death god for 16 years so I'm sure he was able to train inside there as weird or unlikely as that sounds!=D

Because Minato only has the chakra sealed in him, which he has instant access too. Naruto has the other half of the chakra in the form of the fox itself. In order for Naruto to access that chakra, he needed to either be given it directly by Kurama, or take it from him.

So you are telling me that he just basically woke up, and knew how to control the Kyubbi's chakra to the extent of Killer Bee, who trained for years, and Naruto who had to do all that training beforehand?

You're dim witted, you know that? You entire argument is just filled with misunderstandings, and flat out lies. Just because you like other characters more.

He never died. Had he died, Kabuto would have brought him back. It is EXPLICITLY explained that the previous 4 Kage weren't in this life, or the next. They were stuck in a kind of purgatory. The mechanics and physics in such realm has NEVER been explained. Who's to say they didn't sit there and ****ing study and train to pass the time?

Your argument will be that the 1st and 2nd didn't recognize Madara, so that couldn't be it, right? Wrong. It's possible, nay probably, they were stuck in their own little pockets. Like trapped in their own mind sets. Being able to focus on nothing else BUT training for when the time every came that they were needed. 16 years is a LONG time to do absolutely nothing. He has at least as much control and understanding of KM than Naruto does. I bet he sat there and did nothing but develop it.

This is exactly the kind of stuff that makes a manga bad. I mean, I know Kishi wanted to give Minato a powerup, but come on, Sage Mode would have worked much better from a plot perspective.

The rules on Kyuubi Mode or Bijuu Mode, whatever he has, had been established before, when Naruto trained at the waterfall of truth. He had to defeat his evil side, then battle and beat Kurama, and absorb his chakra.

So how come Minato, who hasn't done any of that, and who died instantly when he sealed the other half of the Kyuubi inside himself, can now use Kyuubi Mode perfectly? And please don't give that "he is a genius argument", because that is just bull****. No matter how smart or skilled you are, you can't just go around breaking already established rules.

There is a difference... minato is a prodigy.. and does not have a dark side... where as naruto was brought up with a ton of hardships.. minato wasnt and therefore never developed such a dark side..

also you are the type of people that ruin the manga.. just stop your b*tching

But I agree with the original poster. I did not like the fact that Minato has this ablitlity as well. I am in total agreement that he should have had a Sage Mode not KCM. That should belong to the barer of the 9 tails and only them. Just because he sealed half the chakra in himeself doesn't mean he should be able to use that exact same power that Naruto had to train for and learn.....

Unless his chakra didn't fully disperse during the Pain Arc where Naurto 1st met him. Minato did say he had been watching Naruto all these years, if He continued to do so then yeah he would have learned this when Naruto picked it up. But I highly doubt that is the case. Yeah some more explaination on his KCM is needed
