Kakashi Hatake is 29-30 yrs old,and Yamato is 26.He was Oro's test subject when he was three,but during the tests Oro was caught by Hiruzen and left Konoha,and Obito is roughly the same age as Kakashi so Obito was 6-7yrs old when Orochimaru had left,so he had no reason to introduce himself to him or know him
