Excellent chapter. its about time we had a bit of dialogue again. nice. am glad naruto has FINALLY acknowledged how much hinata cares for him. not only that, but also how brave she truly is (lets remember that she was the only one by his side when he was about to be defeated by Pain during the attack on Konoah, and again she stands beside him). Would be great for her to fuse Byakugan with narutos kyuubi Chakra (she managed to fuse byakugan with Inos mind transfer jutsu, so why not?) am also glad all those sakura/naruto dreamers can finally see what happens... girl (sakura) turns down boy (naruto) on countless occasions... girl chases after another boy (sasuke) who has never shown an interest in her, original boy meets new girl(hinata), new girl stands by his side. new girl ALWAYS loved boy anyway. ... flat chested pink haired girl sees the same boy she turned down become a perfect jinchuriki and SO6P reincarnation AND become hokage. pink haired girl watches him... and byakugan girl run off into the sunset hand in hand..... oh... Pink haired girl still does not get sasuke, so settles for Sai, or rock Lee. (both really liked her, remember?)

Lol jokes aside, i am happy with the way things are panning out. kishimoto is on point once again..

Alright, with that aside, I absolutely love how Bee just straight up flies head-first into the juubi's mouth and force's his bijuu bomb down his throat. I kinda thought he was gonna die for a sec.
Also loving how Madara is looking at Obito as if he's crazy now, future tension slowly building, and how Obito is just heartless now. I thought that MAYBE there was a chance of him turning good when his mask was first broken, that maybe Kakashi would talk him out of it, but now it looks like Madara is going the change sides before he does.

Guys, I think we've neglected the fact that HINATA has Kurama's energy now. Isn't the Byakugan related to the SO6P through the lines somewhere? I registered just so that I could say "Hinata is getting the Rinnegan!"

Its been suggested that the wife of the original SO6P had the Byakugan.

Overall I thought it was a good chapter. The scene where Naruto was actually faltering and almost gave in to Obito was plain epic. And Hinata is btw a great ally for Naruto. He almost ****ed up.

Nice chapter, but what if Obito would try to kill Hinata now because she is now the source of Naruto's morale. That would suck...lets hope Naruto will protect her.

I think that will happen if you want to get into someone's head you hurt those they care about

Bee could have died there he's a hero who turned the tide of the jubi's two chapter onslaught.
Really like and am intrigued by Madara/Obito. Obito may have bad reasons but he's a badass badguy screaming at Naruto like that. I knew that guy meant business way back when he choked out Konan "I will take your rainbow and plundge it into darkness."
I know Hinata is a target now but she's so brave and I wouldn't want to mess with Naruto's girl. Looks like she's about to cast an ameratsu there at the end with one bloody eye closed.
Love how she held her hand to his face after the slap too

However the main reason I like this manga so much is because of its action, I have to agree with the very most here. This chapter is great! Ok, except for Bee no action, but the talk in today's chapter is very interesting to read. Hinata, wow, just awesome to see her calming Naruto down. And then the 'NaruHina is canon' stuff, I like that! Kishimoto is doing very well again since chapter 610. Some sad deaths and now this... Good!

5/5, but now 2 weeks no chapter.

Along with Naruto growing up, so has Hinata. Of course she will do anything to help Naruto! Love the team up!

I think the NaruHina combo is going to be symbolic of a partial completion of the So6P in the two of them with the eyes coming from Hinata and the body coming from Naruto. This combo might have some effect on the Juubi or we'll at least start seeing them kick some butt again.

Sakura looks depressed again during the emotional scenes as she did after the Pain battle when discussing what Hinata did. I think she is starting to have more feelings for Naruto as time goes on and these will come out during the war at some point. I think she'll sacrifice herself for Naruto at a pivotal moment.
