Deception. These Zetsu have simply taken the form of Kirigakure shinobi to kill Rin and awaken Obito's MS. You knooooow damn well that Madara can sense in his sleep and would notice if Obito left. Kabuto made sure to revive Madara in his prime. The age were he was at peak strength.

I liked everything but the flashback within a flashback stuff which just seemed to be wasted panels :B

At least the whole reason why tobi was acting goofy has been cleared up now. I never thought it made sense for someone as serious as who he is now to just pretend to be all derpy just as a disguise.

So I'm guessing that the doll that obito wore was the real "Tobi" and that's why after Deidara did his huge explosion we start seing the real mastermind's personality. The tobi shell must've been killed and obito regained control/decided to take control of his body again which expalins why Zetsu tells Akatsuki that Tobi died. Also you see him getting dressed here like everything he was wearing was blown up:

now i jus wanna know wht tht 3rd sacred sage training place is it could be the apes as seen with hiruzen sarutobi or the slugs for tsunade.. I hope its the slugs tsunade needs a boost shes half senju half uzumaki and is seriously lacking.. :/

also the byakugan needs a boost but he will prolly jus forget about it supposedly one of 3 great dojutsus but it seems real shit in comparison

i dnt think tobi will be turning good im thinkin more sasuke gets rinnnegan and helps with the fight maybe
