The next 5 chapters are going to be a stream of flashback no jutsu shit unless the ratings go down and Kishi might want to give some other stuff

Now what, Kishi comes up with 2 Tobi theory - One with the long hair fellow and the Short haired one is Obito, and he would conveniently put the first fellow (presumably Madara) in the timelines where Obito cannot be inserted?

I don't really mind Tobi being any character, all I want is a good connection between the dots

Some of you sound dumb. Kishi is not going to lose creativity or anything. Its his story and if he wants Tobi to be Obito, let him be. I cant wait for next chapter tho

Some stuff just doesnt add up...i mean c'mon obito was stronger than Minato???? Strong enough to summon kyuubi whom Minato had to die to seal into Naruto...

Moreover, Tobi did not seem to have met yondaime before their encounter otherwise he would have known of the latter's FTG during their fight...

well i don't think minatos students actually knew exactly how his jutsu worked considering he had to explain to kakashi that the seal on the kunai he gave him as a gift was for his ftg technique. if kakashi didn't know how the jutsu worked i doubt obito did. plus he wasn't stronger than minato considering minato beat him and sent him running.

All I can say is that Naruto is hella strong. A rasengan to the face and all the damage he did resulted in a broken mask I know it was only to create a dramatic effect but still... Kishi could have drawn a few bruises on the masked mans face.

Ok its been a while since i posted so hello all,first of all for all those who said the mask man fooled minato into thinking he is madara ur wrong he certainly did not just read the manga on the kuubi attack on the konoha and you would see the proof is even in the anime.also i dont think its impossable for tobi to be obito or at least has memories of obito,when you take zetsu into account and his ablity to move through earth,i dont think all of obito is there physicaly and mentaly,one thing is for certain that is obito's eye so it wasnt crushed like some people say whan in the manga it was said that the right side of his body is ALMOST smashed if it were completely crushed that would mean the right side of his head and his eyes and most importantly his brain would also be crushed then he would not be having any conversation of any kind with kakashi so since he was still alive when they left the cave it stands to reason that he was still alive,now the tricky part is his escape thats where zetsu comes in and his ablity to travel through the earth very well,also take into account that obito is no normal uchiha,when he first used his sharingan he developed >2< thomo in both eyes not even saskue did that normaly its 1 per eye and most times its 1 eye at a time.also he is an origenal uchiha unlike kakashi so when hi right side sharingan matured it would have done so diffrently which probably is why he can teleport without using the mengekyo also he is skilled enough to fight minato because he is probably madara pupil.So the fact that tobi is obito is not impossable but improbabel well u know what i mean

I have nothing to say until ch 600. I think Kishi is looking to do something very special with the 600th vol. 500 was the birth of Naruto 400 had to so with the truth about Itachi.

I think 600 will reveal everything.

Didn't really expect kishimoto to be so obvious, I really thought he would of had an amazing twist to it. Since obito was very obvious it didn't make for a really exciting unmasking...

I personally preferred the majority of fan theories over this... I'm sure kishimoto will explain it how every other obito fan has already bringing more dull content...All of this was already predicted, at least let there be some surprises...

We can assume about 3-5 years time space for obito to train. Our main character Naruto who has shown to be a quick learner and achieves more progress than anyone else in such short time couldn't even make that much... In the 3 year time-skip he improves quite a bit and masters the rasengan and odama rasengan use but compared to obito that would be nothing?

If madara did attack 16 years ago then why was he using s/t jutsu as obito is now? Why does his voice sound the same and his actions as well...

I know madara is a beast and him as a mentor would help train someone very far but this is all too much!

Your trying to tell me obito made so much progress... he has knowledge comparable to that of itachi or even greater. He has information that would make him seem like he was actually there to witness it. I'm sorry but I hate this outcome completely...

Everyone, just hold your horses!

We've seen the man behind the mask, that man is indeed Obito. Or is it?

My guess, and I stress that it's just a GUESS (so don't flame me), is that this man, who remains unknown, is using Obito's body as a host (much like Orochimaru's been doing all these years with his own jutsu he created).

It would explain all the incoherences, all the plotholes, all the continuity errors and what not.

Let's see:

Tobi's been using another type of Sharingan, one from Shisui's family. Remember, he used it to manipulate the mizukage (as in the scene with Kisame).

Tobi was very much an adult when Obito was still a kid (Attack of the nine tails/fight with Minato).

So here we are with Obito behind the mask.

The mooneye plan was Madara's plan all along. We all know Tobi isn't Madara. What we don't know is when Madara died.

We only know that Madara stole some of Hashirama's DNA and disappeared. So my guess is that Tobi used to be an associate of Madara's. He betrayed him, killed him (Yes someone had to kill Madara, since he was resurrected by Edo Tensei). Tobi then used Madara's rep to make a name for himself and used all of Madara's accomplishments (Madara must have created Zetsu, and maybe was stille alive to manipulate the mizukage himself).

After that, Tobi's been using dead Uchiha's bodies to use sharingan without consequences on his non uchiha's body (Like Kakashi). Besides, we know he's been storing sharingans (Scene with the sharingans wall).

That guy is defnitely not an Uchiha and is defnitely using corpses and eyes that do not belong to him. His knowledge comes from Madara, that's why he panicked when Kabuto showed him he had Madara in his Edo Tensei collection. He even forced him to show him how to cancel it.

TOBI DOES NOT WANT TO CROSS PATHS WITH MADARA.

I can't prove any of this, but it does make sense, and I'll add that Madara was resurrected by Edo Tensei as a young man. Which means he died in this shape. So he didn't die too long after his legendary fight.

Lastly, we've seen with Orochimaru that he keeps his host's memories and thoughts. Tobi must be using a similar jutsu that connects wth Obito's memories. Which is why he resents Gai and Kakashi. If he really was Obito, then why didn't he do anything to save/resurrect Rin?

Think about it, this is indeed Obito behind the mask. Well... This is Obito's body. That's all we know for now.

I`ll believe 100% it is obito when i see the answer of this questions:
1. Why he turned to the dark side?
2. He is way younger than Nagata and yet he gives him the Rinnegan???Wtf
3. Who is his hairdresser?
4. Where he met Madara???
5. Why he have so much information about everything?
