I don't think that the perfect Susanoo is due to the rinnegan, it was just Madara showcasing his full power, he stated that he is now going all out and he's being serious, so that maybe why he activated the Rinnegan to keep him from switching between EMS and the Rinnegan all the time so he can be on full defence. It was shown by Madara himself that you can use Susanoo even when the Rinnegan was activated, and now he upgraded to the perfect Susanoo because he was showing his full power. Itachi also showed his perfect Susanoo and he doesn't even have the EMS, let alone Rinnegan. Anyway that's what I think, and also This chapter was EPIC!!

Yay, so great to see the 5 kage again! And they kicked ass too. Oonoki is such a beast; just goes to show how important experience is. A bit disappointed that we seem to have missed half the battle, but it was probably just as boring as the last, repetitive part of the Uchiha bros vs. Kabuto fight anyway.

The kage seem to be in quite a pickle though. Oonoki said they don't have much chakra left, and now Madara's released the perfect Susano'o. Damn. That is however an opportunity to finally have a major character death in the war. Don't get me wrong, I like all of the kage, but someone seriously should have died by now. It's been a long time coming.

Those Susano'o.. clone... things are really creepy. They actually kind of look like the spirits from Spirited Away. *shudders*

Naruto must've really made an impact on Itachi, to make him belive he can convince Sasuke that what he's doing is wrong. I'm quite disappointed that we probably won't get a discussion about the subject or at least some kind of semi-casual conversation between the two brothers - I had really been looking forward to that. I agree with Itachi's priorities here though; help the shinobi world or try to knock some sense into Sasuke? Save the world. Hell yeah.

But if he cancels the damn Edo Tensei without Madara going out with a bang, beaten/sealed by the kage or having defeated at least one of them, I'll be seriously pissed off. I know I'm not the only one, and I hope Kishimoto realizes this. His priorities in the war so far have been... off, so it's a possibility he'll troll us once more. He better not!

Also.. Mei, darling, next time you go to war don't put on a dress. They're quite impractical, and obviously break rather easily. Noob wardrobe malfunction. xd

No one can deny that this chapter kicked all kinds of ass. Madara using Perfect susanoo? Badass. It also made me believe that Oonoki is the strongest of the 5 kage. That dude is a beast. Think of if he was like 10 years younger, no one can deny that the fact that he's a decrepit old man hurts him in battle.

I have a feeling itachi is going to be able to stop the edo tensei just as the 5 kage are about to be crushed by madara's perfect susanoo

Even if itachi stops edo, Kabuto can't die just yet...kishi hinted on one more ultimate jutsu that he had in hand...and if he escapes , he can activate edo again...wonder how this is gonna play out.
Then with saskue still mad at hidden leaf, when he teams back with suigetsu or whatever his name is, and they tell him the "secret" that could change the war, that's gonna be something new ...

Yeah broky even if they stop edo now kabuto can sumond madara againd...

Sealing the edo is not the same that stoping edo..

For me this time edo will get stop,kabuto will escape of the cave,sauke will find suigetsu and jugo o he will go to naruto vs tobi...

So, Edo Tensei cannot re-generate the Sharingan after it's been used for Izanami..............
