Well I think all our predictions are wrong.......it seems to be a endless genjustu only....but I rate the chapter 4|5 since it was like a de ja vu

I give it a three... I actually think that the concept of Izanami is awesome and it was cool to finally see (the suspense was killing me). The chapter itself was a bit boring though, as others have said. I mean, Itachi sorta went through the motions over and over but they made up for it with the technique.

I think the only negative thing in the chapter is how slow the events are happening :/

But i think the fight is not over yet. kabuto might still figure something out to get out of this loop. Again.. kishi you are the best story teller.
i wish kishi can tell us more about itachi's and minatos life.. Damn itachi you could have easily become hokage.

I absoulutely LOVED this chapter. Izanami.. well, I guess we can say it's something nobody expected. That confusing déjà-vu like feeling of that loop was absoulutely great and kept up suspense 'til the very end. I always loved that confusing, tricky touch of Itachi's illusions, but Izanami is definitely the cream on the cake - very well done, Kishi! 5/5
Now, I wonder when Itachi actually activated it - already four chapters ago, or right now, just when he got stabbed for the second time? The very fact that it's the first time we see his eye losing its light, and that the rest of that fight doesn't re-appear as part of the illusion, not to mention the chapter's name was 'Izanami's activation', make me guess that it was this chapter.. but on the other hand, Kabuto's horn was already cut off once, so it could've already been active since the very first stab, four chapters ago. That's further backed up by Itachi's phrases used after that stab, that re-occur indeed. Yea, I guess it's the latter.
Not to mention how awesome it was seeing Kabuto going crazy like that. Also, don't complain about the many déjà-vus that occured - that was an absoulutely necessary part to create the right atmosphere. Chapters aren't just made to push forward the plot. As far as I can tell, Kabuto is done for now.. but that's something I actually don't want. I only see one more chance for him: summoning Madara! Gosh, how epic that would be.

Itachi didn't die at all if you noticed, the moment they clashed Sword/Hand on chapter 581 Kabuto was already under the effect, so all the scenarios Itachi being dead then Sasuke helps him out to regenerate was not real, cause every event after the clash was an Izanami effect.
Well it's nice to see the battle between the brothers and Kabuto finally end.

:flaw: if you forget Sasuke is still ALIVE...the only reason Itachi is doing more is because 1. Sasuke would actually KILL Kabuto 2. Itachi is dead so he can rush in or protect without fear of being hurt or dying. Besides he protected Itachi with Amaterasu and Susanoo a couple of times.
Anyways this chapter was pretty decent...Izanami actually activated but I don't get how the "loop" will end. Cause at first I thought it was just another chance like when Danzo kept getting owned and came back to 'life'. Next chapter will be half Kabuto-half edo Madara.

I think what will happen is Kabuto will kill himself and the edo tensei pawns will roam freely

Actually, seeing Sasuke protecting Itachi using Amaterasu was a part of Izanami's Genjutsu effect, cause Itachi cast Izanami way before that, the moment Kabuto stabbed Itachi with Sasuke's sword on chapter 580, or the moment they clashed Sword/Hand on the end of chapter 581 Kabuto was already under the effect, you also fell under Izanami's effect that's why you still didn't notice.
