finally someone that knows what there saying. I see all these post so6p and sagemode, I say too much theories. Jiraiya said it best rikodou senin is father of ninja jutsu so trying to break down what makes so6p is impossible, to me that should be every ninja in Narutoverse. The right question should be the younger son in which so6p gave the gift of sagebody to, my guess is after been anointed to lead the ninja world and spread the word of peace, he was responsible for those secret mountain to have knowledge of the sage mode kind of like the last key to the puzzle to become the chosen one and be capable of uniting the biijus in a different form.

it did not look different its just in stage 2 of it transformation.
1. U have skeletal looking form
2. U have human looking form.
3 u havethe godlike or mystical spirit looking form.
Sasuke has the EMS now so he could choose any form he like + itachu said don't kill kabuto so why use ameterasu fire in sword or arrow form.
meh Sasuke went from no Susano'o to that so it's going to be slower than if he had kept it going a bit. How long has this fight been ..? pls '

I think this is a typical misunderstanding of the S06P. He wasn't godlike because of his eyes... he became godlike after becoming the first Jinchuuriki the world had ever known. He DEVELOPED AND CREATED the technique to hold the Juubi inside of himself and become the Jinchuuriki for the 10 tailed beast. That is why he was godlike. He was already the So6P before that, however, and you'll notice the breakdown of his name --- SAGE (sage mode/master of senjutsu chakra) of 6 Paths...(what are the 6 paths?) They are certainly not the powers that Nagato showed us with his different Pain bodies. I can promise you that. Tobi mentioned when taking Nagato's body, that he was acquiring the third path of the 6 paths. Uzumaki (not rinnengan)

I like ur story but I doubt 65% of it are in the manga. Tobi never mentioned uzumakis been part of the deal, if I think of what the part u are trying to quote I think he said he was the second so6p while nagato was third. Also it rikodou senin that sealed jubii inside of himself and became rikodou senin of the 6 path.
Also the 6 path powers nagato showed are the powers of those who poccess the reningan.
