I'll appreciate what's going on in the story when it makes sense.

1. Like you said, Tobi is said to be stronger than Nagato more than once now yet he is still acting weak and idiotic. He's just standing still casting his attacks 1 after an other, being surprised by the smallest things that Naruto does.
2. Wtf happened to all the other Tailed Beasts Tobi was controlling? Surely they are not all fighting Kakashi and Gai. 4 Tailed Beasts vs. Kakashi and Gai is just stupid.
3. 8-Tails is only displayed as Naruto's cheerleader in this chapter.

This doesn't mean I hate the manga, I just don't like everything that happens. Kishi is an author and he knows he will receive tons of positive and negative criticism, I'm not sure why people are so butt-hurt on these forums when someone freely expresses their opinion. Flashbacks are needed in some instances but this chapter just overdid it. All 3 of these "plot holes" could have been avoided by decreasing the pages of the flashbacks. I am sure the next chapter will have more flashbacks, ask why and I'll tell you.

Great chapter to build up the story
Kurama attitude towards Naruto can't be changed suddenly (we wont buy it), we must know what was Kurama's thinking while he was watching Naruto's life this whole time to understand why did he decide to help Naruto.
that what Kishi did in this chapter (it was a must for the story's sake).

For everyone who wants 100% action, non-stop, all the time this chapter was bad. For those of us who want to use our brains and see some background and some suspense involved alongside some action, this was a good chapter. I happen to be among the latter (the second group).

All the comments I've seen so far has been bitch, moan, complain and "turn into Kurama/the Kyuubi already!" Boooooring! It is going to be a while before Naruto earns his bijuu's trust but I think we're seeing the beginning. I'd rather see other things than Sas-gay...

It was full of flashbacks and talking. There was almost no action.

Next week should be better than this weeks.

This chapter was lame but it still stands for the fact that kishi finally shows how a bijuu (kurama) which is the naughtiest among all the bijuu finally is able to give its respect to a human .
Although we have already seen the 8 tail giving its respect to naruto and am sure if naruto gets that respect from the 9 tails all the other bijuu rest assured will give naruto thier respect.
Making him the first human to receive he respect of all the tailed beast willingly.

I agree my friend but I would make a slite ajustment by saying NARUTO would be the SECOND person to gain the Bijuu's TRUST= AFTER *THE SAGE OF SIX PATHS*

25% of manga had flash back...Kishi clearly went overboard with this one. It has should have atleast 20 solid pages of story...that too after 2 weeks break.
Good connection b/n him and Kurama...what are the other tails doing? Watching the action with caramel popcorn????

what I dont like about naruto is how the story line is made more for children. The nine tails all of the sudden becomes narutos biggest fan. I hope kishi did the flash back to free some time to get this battle going and plot full of twist and turns.
