Great chapter although the missing txt and translation issues kinda made it hard to understand some things.
Questions
1. Did the gobi turn on tobi? Is that what kakshi said?
2. Did tobi just use the same sealling chain thing as kushina?
3. Do you think kyuubi will fully cooperate with naruto now?
4. When suigetsu said they would get in the way of sasuke and karins plans does that mean suigetsu is will to fight against sasuke?

The chains that Tobi is using to control the bijuu along with the sharingan remind me of Kushina's ability in fact it looks to be almost the exact same thing.

1. Yup. Tobi's having a hard time controlling the bijuu. After Gobi tried to attack Tobi, Hachibi and Kyuubi discussed how they didn't like what Tobi was doing to the bijuu.

2. I don't think so. I think it was the same kind of chain that he used when he was fighting Minato.

3. Hell yeah! He turned out to be a grumpy, cuddly tsundere, yay!

4. Nah, I don't think so. Suigetsu knows nothing about the happennings, he doesn't know Karin was captured, he doesn't know the whole war thingy going on. You remember how he liked to butt in when Karin was glomping Sasuke, I guess that was what he was mentioning. I think that whole dialogue was just to show that he was heading towards Oro's hideout. Wonder what that means...

A little thing i noticed, on page 6, Tobi is standing in the eight tails hand. He uses the chains to bind the tailed beast, however the eight tails closes his hand in an attempt to capture/crush tobi (I assume)

Now as we all know tobi can't use physical attacks when going through objects, however in this case we see him go through the hand of the eight tails and he still has the 'chain' activated.

Does this mean that he IS able to use ninjutsu while going through objects, just not physical attacks? Any thoughts on this?

Edit: Isn't anyone else astounded that Tobi can take down a tailed beast with one jutsu and without even breaking a sweat? he just casually moved his hand. At first my impression was he hardly had any power but this for me changes the fray.

the kyuubi is resisting being happy i see. i think he was mistreated and now he hates ninjas and wont accept being friends with them, the grumpy fool, LOL. this chapter was beyond great. 5/5 from me; the bijuu are going H.A.M and something tells me the kyuubi is going to join the fight soon.

I've got a feeling that the Kyuubi will join the fray

I like how the Hachibi and Kyuubi are able to talk to each other and finding out that the one tailed Tanuki hated the Kyuubi because Kyuubi regarded him has the weakest for having the least amount of tails

I think the Kyuubi will let Naruto transform into the Kyuubi

I don't see how Tobi is going to do the moon eye plan if he keeps using up the tailed beasts chakra, since he used up quite a bit of their chakra to make the 100k Zetsu's
