lol if you read my earlier post it explains why he doesnt have ems or mangekyou or rinnegan.
its simple i believe tobi is izuna right. if tobi is izuna he would need eye transplants, why because he had his eyes took by his brother, thats why he took all the uchiha eyes and had them in that lab. 2) as stated by itachi not everyone can gain ems sharigan by transplants which means that not every uchiha has the ability to gain the rinnegan by implanting senju dna. stated here in this chapter.

why is that only special uchiha can get ems, well because several uchiha have tried to gain ems sharigan and only two got it sasuke and madara. they are probably the only special two uchiha or something. it might have something to do with their hatred like that of the older son of the s06p. thus since izuna, who i believe is tobi or possibly some other uchiha, could not develop ems, or develop rinnegan by planting senju dna, he would have to implant the rinnegan and sharigan into himself.
izuna had his mangekyou taken by his brother thus he does not have it, but i can make an argument for possibly seeing izunas mangekyou here in the battle vs konan

who else to be tobi then izuna? if madara was able to awaken the rinnegan before he died as stated in the link above he could have revived his brother who he always wanted to protect. the only person who can match his strength and who could impersonate madara and know all about madara and the uchiha and his fight with hashirama, would be IZUNA UCHIHA
anyways i provide my evidence to why its 1 still an uchiha, thats because only they can control the tailed beast with their eyes and no kakashi cant control tailed beast with his sharigan so that means tobi has to be a real uchiha. 2 i just provided evidence to why it could be izuna. 3 what have you provided........
anyways i aint trying to argue or say anyones theory is better than another. cause it is what it is a theory its not fact. and everyone is entitled to their own opinions. you have yours i have mine and everyone else has theirs. does not make any of us wrong or right.just if you gonna say someone's theory is wrong or make your own, just provide evidence to support your theory and show why theirs is wrong. me personally i try to look at everything from all angles like i believe tobi is izuna. but i know its possible he can be someone else such as a non uchiha, or whatever. but i have my belief and i defend it but i dont completely close my self from someone elses views
