[Fortunately, I copied and pasted this, before the original thread got deleted] About what happened at the end of today's chapter: Kakashi and Guy temporarily saving Naruto, and Bee, I'm going to make a hopefully logical prediction, and I want to know what you all think.
Prediction: Tobi will still win the fight. One of his Paths just transformed into a Tailed Beast, if I'm not mistaken, meaning that the rest of them could too (About that... I don't believe Tobi made himself a Jin., but when all the Tailed Beast transformed to their first stage, Tobi had one finger up, which is the only numbered tailed beast missing, that has been captured). However, that's beside the point. What my prediction is about is: Kakashi and Guy appearing on the scene.
Let's be honest here... Do either of them have a chance against the man who has set-up everything so far?
Wouldn't it be quite dramatic to have Bee and Naruto both defeated, and captured with Kakashi, and Guy battered up, with additional reinforcements arriving a bit too late?
Sure, it'd still be rather dramatic, and epic to see Tobi defeat and capture both Naruto and Bee, which he essentially did, till help came... But, from a storytelling point of view, it may be much more dramatic with the way I told it above.
The way I see it, to really up the ante in this war, the creator is going to allow Tobi to nearly succeed or succeed, and be defeated somehow even when his plan has come to full realization.
On a side note... I like how Tobi says, "Looks like 6 vs. 2 is still out of your league," meaning that he didn't include himself as a fighter in that battle, and I like how he acts like he's disappointed in the two.
Also, I wonder when everyone will realize that Tobi is the much bigger threat, in comparison to Edo Madara. Last I checked, Edo Madara doesn't have six, fully realized Tailed Beast under his command, and nor does he have the ability to make himself impossible to hit, at will.
All the characters are acting like... Hey! Tobi isn't Madara Uchiha! There's no need to worry anymore. We'll handle Madara, you, Naruto handle whomever that other guy is... Hmm...
