Sounds like way too many clones for a single jutsu considering you just cut his chakra into 11 pieces....and I know his clones are crazy atm but its quite the waste. If anything use four clones for dark and supply the light him self.
He may be someone that really wants to keep their identity safe.

1 Tobi and him have the same hairstyle
2 Hes a uchiha and has his own sharingan
3 He was trained by the second Hokage Tobirama , so its not too unbelivable that he could use Space time jutsu just like Tobi can
4 Before anyone tells me kishi wouldnt do this,keep in mind Tobi calls himself no body , this description fits him perfectly , almost everyone has forgotten him and who he was.
5 The time line we last see this character would match him with the current state of age we saw Tobi to be in , eg wrinkles ets and would also make him a possible candidate to have been at all 4 Great shinobi world wars
I cant seem to figure out a solid motive for his actions though , however im just guessing he overheard the plans for or saw the destruction of his clan which drove him to try and take revenge on the leaf village (using the 9 tailed fox) just like sasuke wants to.

Solid, though a convincing fellow he is, maybe he just took them as pupils, and not inserted the eyes, but taught them how to obtain them... for a price of course. Theres something more to the eyes.
Naruto already has wind chakra but that to me just like urself I don't see it as been enough. NARUTO as not clearly in my opinion defeated any doujutsu carrier, yes he was the hero in the pain saga but can anyone call that a clear victory when 1 he had intel and got nagato at 1/8 of his chakra left, we did see what nagato was capable of at full power both bee and naruto were helpless if not for itachi. This the reason why I think kishi needs to add something into naruto asenal and yes btw bee and naruto the have about 4 nature chakra affinities but they both seem like offensive fighters.
OK observeANDanylyze for starters lets look at the fact im only a day and a half new to joining Naruto Base , Despite never having seen that post or thread until you just rudely pointed me towards it , i have more to go on for my post such as the difference in the characters heights had anyone challenged my logic , you just happened to have the same brilliant thought as me and vise versa and i would appreciate you taking down that post accusing me of idea thievery, as you and i are not the first ones to believe he is Tobi merely we have researched into the charcter more then others
