2)Kakashi has sharingana ctivated all the time becaus ehe is not an Uchiha and does NOT have the power to deactivate them. Itachi does deactivate them even tho he has MS. Just because it's not shown doesn't mean MS = permanent sharingan view. During their fight, I think Itachi had his eyes go back to normal as he was inching closer to Sasuke and when he died or was dieing his eyes returned to normal, if they were permanent he would have died with his sharingan and not his regular eyes.

1) it did happen. OTHERWISE Jiraiya would have noticed and said something during their entire time together. Reread the chapters. I forgot which ones but it does happen.

2) Here u prove to me that u clearly misunderstood the reason of this "debate". I say that the "A" ppl have them activated/deactivated at will while "B" ppl cant switch them back and forth and this is based to what Kishi drew not based to what i say. Again if i am wrong feel free to prove it with chapter/page in which Tobi has normal eyes. If u do find one then i ll quit saying that his eyes are implanted.

Last but not least. I am not trying to be an a@#% i just use whatever we see in the manga and try to complete the puzzle. In the end we might all be wrong and Kishi reveal whatever he wishes. But there are some parts where u cant ignore the information that he gives us. Anyway i wont go that road down again.

And i am saying i need proof of this cause i have read exactly the chapters and its always with his hair covered. No.... He will not! He decided not to complete transformation.... Otherwise he'll use sage mode. To regenrate his chakara, sage mode is most suitable. For bee, he got samehada from kisame. It will recharge him. No one could help him. Hopefully, shikamaru n kakashi could support them some strategy or 6 tail could control him mind n regonize to naruto again

Tobi is never seen neither in normal eyes nor in mangekyo sharingan till now. Nor is he seen using mokuton so i doubt if he has senju cells as well in him. I mean its never shown him to use wood style. So he is just a pawn of real madara, just like kabuto said that tobi was working under the instructions of madara and may have now gained new objective then to follow madara.
Nice one and yes nagato is never seen in normal eyes. He always has hairs in front of his eyes and madara himself said that he gave rinnegan to nagato which means implanted rinnegan in nagato. im now convinced that madara/tobi/no one is not izuna i dont even think he's an uchiha he is something else,he reminds me of the no tails from that one naruto movie and he did say he wanted to be whole.edo madara wants to do that infinite tsukiyomi to have the world under his control but tobi/madara/no one looks like he just wants to destroy it,he must have killed madara some how when their plans differ,but it looks like madara could stop him and/or reveal his true identity which could make it eaiser to stop him........i dunno maybe lot of people post this kind of stuff soooo i think it must be tur some how.

also it has to hold trur that tobi is some uchiha. when talking with the mizukage, it was revealed he was being controlled by a sharigan user didnt say who he was but the person claimed to be madara but izuna looks and is pretty much identical to madara in power in strength here is the link to that

how else would tobi know all about madara has to be someone close to him, who else then his brother. who else would need a room full of sharigan? izuna, who needed constant eye transplants because he gave his eyes to madara. a person who never got any glory and always lived in his brothers shadow. someone who wouldnt care about being anyone as stated in this chp...izuna uchiha here is more proof that tobi is indeed some uchiha whether he is madara or izuna etc

Yes it is proven that you can turn off sharingan even when you possess MS, proof: watch naruto episode 85 after he used ameterasu to burn the frog's intestine he turned of his sharingan =)1) it did happen. kakashi: looks like we are nearly done here naruto, if i was you i would dispel the clone jutsu now because your only gonna stress out the original, the more strain is put on a clone, and its apparent you have over a dozen of them all over right.

About Tobi and the Senju DNA. Take f.e. Tobirama, Hashirama's brother, he was a Senju he had Senju DNA but he doesnt have the Mokuton No Jutsu. Senju DNA doesnt mean u must have the Mokuton as well. Hashirama's specific cells gives u the Mokuton abilities. The part where Tobi says that he has Senju DNA is during his fight with Konan where he uses Izanagi to escape death sacrificing his left eye. The rest i agree with you.
Both links u posted here are supporting ur opinion. But here is the tricky part. The first guy, the one that Kisame is talking in the past, is the real Uchiha Madara. Why is that? He controls someone with a tailed beast inside him;Yagura. Only he could control a tailed beast with his Sharingan like he did with the Kyuubi against Hashirama. He has the same hair as Uchiha Madara as well. And ofc Kisame recognised the legendary Madara in an instant. The second link though is showing us Kisame and the masked man. That guy is Tobi/ Mr No one. None knew that Uchiha Madara died at some point and that this guy, Tobi, is using his name and continues the "plan". None except Zetsu and Kabuto/Orochimaru.
