Kabuto DID NOT iwr the 6 former jinchurikis...proof is that the akatsuki after the tailedbeast was extrated had the bodies with them all along ( tobi storing them). if you imply that kabuto iwr them then it would mean that he had to steal the bodies from tobi to get their dna...since this did not happen you could say with certainity that they r not iwr....also the jinchurikis havin one rinnegan each....nagatos paths also had rinnegans and so did his summoned creatures.
I believe when using rinnegan to have the six paths u awake the path's rinnegans and also of the summoned creatures...this rinnegans are through which the original controls them and has a shared vision...

to everyone else:
kushina isnt related to Mito uzumaki. mito already lived in the village with hashirama but then she was at her death bed(an old rinkly lady) then kushina was migrated to the leaf village after decades of years of mito already being their. yeah i know people will be like "they can be distant cousins" , well im gonna say this; whats the mother fukin point!? kishi does everything for a reason, why would he make very watered down relations between people who arent even relevant anymore, it doesnt benefit in the current time line.
i dont think such nonsense has been confirmed. even the way tsunade talks about minato it sounds like theirs no relation there.

Well I also do believe that in the naruto vs sasuke fight both r gona die....but the twist here is that since its tobi/madara and kabuto who r the main villains u wont have the sasuke vs naruto at the end of the series but instead somewhere in between, so that means after they "die" atleast naruto will be resurected some how...and maybe sasuke too (as a changed good guy) and then u will have them both fighting the tobi/madaras. what do u say to that??Naruto isgoing to DIE, he said it himself. The question is when. And I hope he won't surpass the sage of the six paths, since he was a god. He is just going to end the trouble once and for all. Obviously it will be naruto vs. sasuke. But that is so not interesting due to the fact that it's obvious. The main interest here is Madara's and Tobi's plan(s) and who tobi actually is, and how strong. I think that he will remain the main villain and deal somehow with the real Madara in an epic EMS-Rinnegan battle and hopefully we'll see what the combination (and the EMS on it's own) is capable of. I'd also like to see the Tobi's Susanoo. Another question here is does tobi actually even possess the EMS. We haven't seen him use his mangekyou sharingan yet though we "in theory" know he's used it against Konan to find Nagato's corpse. I think it's pretty obvious he does have it though but it would be an interesting twist if he didn't.
I hope to see Tsunade reveal something special either about the Senju or the Uzumaki which might be a key to defeat the bad guys. And I want some of the important good guys to die apart from the "unknown and useless" pawns Madara just crushed

1) his brother did not have his eyes so if he was tobi it would mean those sharingans were others....
2) if tobi is a clone of madara tobi still would have to awaken his sharingan awaken to ems through the normal procedure, since he doesnt hv a brother whose eyes to take maybe he just transplanted another sharingan which has the space time jutsu power.
3) if tobi was a part of madara that would deifinitely mean that tobi wouldnt have madaras eyes cuz madaras eyes were given to nagato and also if he is madara's part then that body of his is like some zetsu clone or sth...so obviously he wont have his sharingans...
in any way tobi doesnt have the same power as edo madara or vice versa
here is the bomb.....madara doesnt have the space time jutsu of tobi...if he had it he wouldnt need susano and rinnegan to block the rasengan and rasenshuriken of naruto he would be able to pass through them...but that doesnt mean that tobi cannot be madara or his brother cuz :

I have a theory that Madara was Orochimaru's secret recruiter. He seduced him to the dark-side of ninja power, the perfection of personal power, that of the ultimate ninja- So6P. Madara used a young Oro to infiltrate Konoha after his faked-death, set up a lab and used Oro to steal the secret forbidden jutsu of the Senju, the forbidden Scrolls of Konohagakure, do his research and report back to him, exploit the trust the Third Hokage had for Oro and use the most useful on Madara's goal of obtaining the Rinnegan. Orochimaru's goal, as well, was to obtain a 'perfect body', an Uchiha as his vessel, to transform into and to live forever mastering all jutsu. Madara recognized the talents of a younger Orochimaru and showed him some of the Uchiha secrets, the edo tensei, the darker forbidden jutsu that Oro and his protege Kabuto have so successfully practiced. That Madara had the forethought and use to collect Senju dna with his encounter with Hashirama at VoTE, to me hints that Madara was a bit of a Dr. Frankenstien wannabe himself. Another protoge of Madara's must have been Nagato. But how many Nagato's are their? Did Tobi re-boot the plan? Is Tobi the original Nagato, the 'little brat' edo-Madara was referring to? Did it all go terribly wrong for him in his plan to regenerate Madara using 'he was saving that jutsu for me'-line and he found a new Uzumaki to transplant his rejected Rinnegan 'that were his to begin with'? Is that original Nagato, the child of Madara and an Uzumaki woman? Or is Tobi Izuna? His obsession with collecting eyes, being eyeless himself, forcibly or voluntarily, along with his bitterness toward both the Uchiha, for not supporting Madara as well as toward Konoha, his knowledge of Madara's history, his age and his different space-time jutsu.

here is one problem with ur theory madara couldnt give his ems powers to tobi then give rinnegan to nagato and hv a normal eye for himself, because when he gave his eyes to nagato his eyes would have to be in rinnegan state then taken out from him and implanted on nagato...would explain why nagato could never turn his rinnegan off...( just like kakashi's sharingan)....madara most probably implanted it in such a way so that it would "awaken" when nagato went through some trauma or when in danger or sth...so it would seem more real (as in they were realy nagato's) BUT important part here is once madara gave his eyes to nagato he was essentially blind....he couldnt give his ems powers b4 givin it away to nagato because then his ems would faid into the normal sharingan and the rinnegan would go too...this brings to my first conclusion that tobis sharingan power (space-time jutsu) is not sth madara has too.......but again it does not mean tobi is not part of madara because I belive that they r both the same.

soooo... just took a look. my vote is:
Tobi = Izuna Uchiha... just saying. i'm pretty sure i'm right. He knew stuff about Izuna no one else knew and it would fit everything else that has happened. his fear of Madara, etc.

can someone clear this out for me????
WAIt if naruto does not have the flying thunder god technique how is it he does the teleportation (like avoiding raikage's full speed attack in a flash and also at thebattle with that shark guy in the island he does this flash thing...i thought he somehow inherited the ftg technique when he met minato in a perfected form so that now he does not need those kunai seals anymore....if u look at it the way he evaids the raikage's attack in that flash was exactly how minato evaids it as seen in raikage's flash back
can someone clear this out for me????
