QUESTION! This predates SHIPPUDEN! When Orichimaru first attacked hidden leaf and summoned the 1 and 2 hokage, he went to summon a 3 but sarutobi wouldn't let him. NOW! if minato is sealed and can't be resurrected has orichimaru had madara all along?!?!?

Could be. This could also explain the time Zetsu was first created but i'm thinking it's way before this event.

There's something funny with Madara's and Nagato's eyelids. To me, it sort of suggests their previous eye-transplant. It would not make much sense, though, since Kakashi also had his Sharingan eye transplanted into him. I don't know , I'm just saying. Kishimoto plays with facial features, that is unquestionable.

Also, I definitely support the Izuna=Tobi theory. Kishimoto may have said it himself, but I don't see why wouldn't he lie, just for the heck of it. It would be quite entertaining. Especially once Tobi arrives at the battlefield and encounters no more, no less than his older brother. Madara's reaction to he being an ally to the one responsible for his summoning from the underworld would also be interesting.

His Sharingan's space-time jutsu certainly resembles Kakashi's, I wonder if that ability is also contemplated in Madara's Eternal Mangekyö's repertory.
Anyhow, this manga's plot has reached its height, I am very thrilled, for I have followed it for a while now, merely reading and watching just for having something to be tied to in the world of animation.

So, who has thought about Naruto and Sasuke being bound to fuse at some point? Haha.

Wow.... Madara is really really strong, though, i didnt like the fact that you can just unlock Rinnegan... That is plain rubbish Kishi. Now we are going to have 201020192 threads about Sasuke developing Rinnegan.

no that was minato
hiruzen only thought he stopped it actually it was a failed attempt by orochimaru


In chapter 117 of the manga, when Orochimaru first performs the technique, he tries to summon a third coffin. When the coffin is not summoned, he comments on its failure. Years later, in chapter 520, Kabuto explains that Orochimaru's attempt to summon the Fourth Hokage had failed due to his soul not residing in the "pure world". In episode 69 of the anime, when Orochimaru used this technique, the coffin briefly appears, with "four" (四, Yon) written on it; though the summoning of the Fourth Hokage still fails. Based on Kabuto's demonstration, it would seem the actual failure would have occurred when Orochimaru performed the original preparatory ritual.

Tobi is Izuna I believe. SO after Madara died - Izuna took the eyes so that he can use them. He then gave the rinengan to Nagato so that he would have a strong weapon that he can control. So I reckon its possible mate

It can't be Izuna. He was shown being buried, which means that unless he was resurrected too, its not him. I do have a question about EMS though. You need your brothers eyes to activate it, right? So why not trade eyes? Madara could have taken Izuna's and given Izuna his. Same with Itachi ans Sasuke. Just a thought.

nah nah....itachi jst said dat to sasuke because wanted sasuke to kill (he was planning his death ..dah!) u can activate the ms by cuming into sum emotional pressure blah blah nd the other is taking "ANYONE'S" sharingan....u can...

If Madara/Itachi/Sasuke can become blind by overusing their respective Mangekyou Sharingans than why Kakashi's eye is still perfect and unharmed by Mangekyou Sharingan even Kakashi is using it for long time and still using it in 4th Shinobi World War.

No it can't be done because the a person will take eyes of any other person when his own are nearly completely blinded this means that if any other person take his eyes he will not see anything.

I think - EMS can only be activated when a MS user replaces his eye with other MS user's eye but for best compatibility, the other MS user must be from same family and the sharingan user must feel extreme emotions to activate EMS.

really? what makes you so certain. im almost certain its not obito. people always want to suspect the person that has been left in history in good terms, like why would someone who died saving kakashi become the main villain just like that, its dumb as fukc.
