madara gave his rinngan to nagato before he died because he is from So6P family (he dosn't trust the uchiha clan) so nagato will be able to revive him and of course he'll need some thing to make sure his plan works correctly and i think tobi figured it out and changed madara plan to his own bebefits

What we know so far is that the fake"Madara" is using zetsu on one half of his body evidenced from his skirmish with Fuu and Torune if it is Tobi's body it would explain why he has a sharingan he would not have been able to fool itachi into thinking he was a uchiha with out it some eyes. So that is one theory on how he got (I forgot to mention his eye holds contrast to kakashi as does his body contrast to the damage done to tobi by the boulder so many simularities there sorry needed to throw it in there)He obtained all the other eyes by helping itachi kill his clan so that might be where he got those eyes if not beats the hell out of me.But my main point here is if he is not a uchiha then when did he first obtain its powers this chapter really did a number on a couple theories i had because if he is not a uchiha then these events need to be discussed

i havent read through the whole thread, but i dont know if anyone else noticed something.
madara says 'this is HIS doing...he definiently has something in mind...but what?'
then kabuto starts speaking through muu and says 'im kabuto....HIS assistant' in an obvious reply to madaras question as the word 'his' is in writtin in bold wen they both say it
could kabuto be refering to orochimaru? Kabuto also talks about the hypothesis he and orochimaru came up with, but why does he mention orochimaru's name if madara didnt know who orochimaru was? kabuto would have to introduce himself, as madara would be under the impression orochimaru was still about

This character is a complete mystery all we know of that time is what they showed us the on going war with the senju is all that was ever shown or brought up if fake madara is from that era he can only be a few people if not another entity all together

Maybe the eyes of the Sage before he fought and obtained the juubi, were indeed the Byakugan....Maybe just maybe that's how the Rinnegan was created because of the juubi being inside of the Sage.... And when the sage had both sons. The older son was given the eyes of the SO6P which is the Rinnegan at a lower level Sharingan....I think the SO6P was Hyugga.

And when the sage had both sons. The older son was given the eyes of the SO6P which is the Rinnegan at a lower level Sharingan....I think the SO6P was Hyugga.

Like others have said i liked this chapter until it was revealed that you can obtain rinnegan through sharingan, which i think is bs, and it makes me feel bad for byakugan users, their eyes have become almost pointless and looks extremely week in comparison to sharingan/rinnegan, and I thought that Ichihara stone thing had a secret message only byakugan users could read or am I mistaken on that either way im not happy learning madara has rinnegan cause now of course sauske will develop it at so me point which means narutos is going to have to develop some other crazier power, or maybe he's going to learn how to fully use his own chakra that has the ability to repell the 9 tail fox

Your theory does hold some truth Madara did hate the uchiha trust is the last thing he had for them if anything i think he is one of the two siblings and he kept the flames of war around so madara would not join forces with the senju if they worked together this guy could have never gotten this far with his plans it would stop the futile efforts of figuring out why he has the eyes as well

The 1st Hokage even looked like he was Hyuuga.
Always wonder why the Hyuuga clan seem separated from the rest of the village. They seem to be treated like royalty. Alot of history with that clan..just another theory I think the SO6P was Hyuuga I think that both Uchiha and Senju clan is apart of the same family tree....

The Guy behind the Mask is Madara Brother Izuna Uchiha Theres no doubt about it if you go back in the manga you can see that he's-old an wrinkled , He deceived everyone including us the viewers of this awesome show , i believe it has to be izuna if you go back you would notice that He never says his brother died but rather that he sacrifice his eyes for the uchiha an he knew his place in battle , now if you was to think about it more deeply then you would n put your self in izuna shoes an how the uchiha betrayed his brother an accepted the truce that the senju clan gave em an later on established the leaf village as we know it , the same thing that happen to sasuke happen to him thats why he wants sauske because he wants to take his body just how when Kabuto asked him an he Answer " Perfect Body " or he jst simply knows what it feels to be Sasuke they both had similar storys an how the uchiha betrayed Them . My theory for edo-madara getting the rinnengan has to do with the byakugan also. Way back when, when the byakugan was thought to be awesome back when Neji first showed up, they said that it was a branch off of the sharingan. I think that after Madara got the EMS he did something with the byakugan also and that is how his eyes became the rinnengan.
And if you think about it, neji does that jutsu where he pushes chakra with his palm, just like the main pain did and also the rotation jutsu that the hyugas use can be a variation of what the pains used to suck chakra from enemies.

is anybody else going crazy wondering where Itachi and Sasuke are at now? What the hell has sasuke been up to since he stabbed zetsu and rolled out a couple of chapters ago? And i guess Itachi is still headed for the guy he thinks is madara. maybe Itachi will be the first to see whose behind the mask.

Another amazing chapter. Madara is one BAMF, no doubt about that.
I am just sick to death of the Sharingan power-ups. Apparently, you can now become a God if you're an Uchiha and I'm quite tired of it. If there was any other reason for Madara to have the Rinnegan besides 'awakening the next level of the Sharingan', I would have been fine with it. But, if the Rinnegan is a step up from the Sharingan, that means Sasuke's going to get it and God-mod everything even worse.
Then Naruto's going to get another power-up and the cycle continues.
More over, I'm disappointed in the lack of development of the Byakugan. The Rinnegan and the Sharingan are given so much light, so many power-ups and the Byakugan is still just... well, the Byakugan.
