i think for madara to awaken the rinnegen he had to die . . . .and he knew zetsu that time . . . zetsu sucked madaras chakra and became like tobi . . .just illusion . . . .But i realy belive naruto will be able to do wood release techniques beacause by this time we saw trees growing frm zetsus when hit by naruto

Wow.... Madara is really really strong, though, i didnt like the fact that you can just unlock Rinnegan... That is plain rubbish Kishi. Now we are going to have 201020192 threads about Sasuke developing Rinnegan.

you are right unlocking the reningan was the last thing i expected just hope sasuke does'nt know about that.

Sasuke won't get Rinnegan unless he we will obtain enough Senju DNA:

I think Madara fought with Hashirama in order to get his DNA. Just before his death he managed to pull this off and there it was; Rinnegan awakened.
Now that he got these eyes he did the same thing the SO6P did.

He created one being with the power of his body; Zetsu.
--> Black half Uchiha, other half Senju
He created one being with his eyes and put his will inside it; Tobi
--> Explains why Tobi has the slight upperhand

This was all planned so that he could be revived later. Tobi and Zetsu where the masterminds behind Akatsuki. Secretly for most of the time.
But in order to develop the Rinnegan to the state that it could bring people back from the death, they needed a Senju/Uzumaki; Nagato.

Guy you just ripped someone theory off and ran with it....lol give credit to other people's theories when your theory blows up... Don't front pay homage :flaw:

So Madara can develop rinnegan from a fear of death, being overwhelm, or too many battles once you have the EMS. What bad for Sasuke is they were able to make Madara change because they overpowered his EMS. Madara pulled a Goku here....

Second, Madara says you can awaken the rinnegan. It seem to me the son of SO6P must have had a fully powerful rinnegan since all ocular powers developed from his eyes. Instead of losing power thru watered down DNA over centuries. Anyone who developed a Sharingan can develop the MS with battle experience. However, that were limited because overuse caused blindness.

If you were lucky enough you take someone eye with a MS, your EMS could gain enough battle experience without blindness to the point of awaken the first levels of a rinnegan.
Madara's golden age was full of war. The Uchiha's were at the top of that world with the
senju clan.

Why would Madara Tobi give Nagato a "Uzumaki" the rinnegan? To power it up more?

I think there's something additional going on here...I think the first Hokage may have been able to access a state similar to Naruto's fox state. Think about it: the Sharingan is meant to represent the sage's eyes, so it would make sense that the children of that son would have the eye technique. But we've been assuming that the "body" of the sage was the wood release, and that may not be true. If you follow the parallels between Naruto and Sasuke and apply them to Madara and Hashirama, it would make sense that Hashirama could use a technique similar to Naruto's fox form.

And I doubt Sasuke will get the Rin'negan. Madara was a genius who obtained and used the EMS for a long time before he got the Rin'negan...Sasuke's had it for what? Ten minutes? I think Naruto and Sasuke will fight with what they have now, maybe Naruto will get the Tailed Beast Bomb.

And here's another thing: Everyone compares the relationship between Naruto and Sasuke to the relationship between Hashirama and Madara, but that won't work. Hashirama and Madara are both direct descendants of the two brothers, but Naruto is an Uzumaki, not a Senju, just like Nagato. They have no kekkei genkai of their own, and they wouldn't have the body of the sage either, because they are not the descendants. Naruto obtained this ability by learning to control the fox inside him, which means that he may still have his own surprise to look forward to, as far as Kishi goes.

Also, did anyone catch how Madara said "This must be his doing." And then later, Kabuto said "I am his assistant." Is there a parallel?

i dont think he did..kishi said the fourth hokage was the strongest hokage so if the first had that he would with out a doubt be stronger than minato..bottom line like under score. And When madara say's him, he means he know's who's under the mask not, and when kabuto say's his apprentice he's talking about orochimaru

one thing i dont get is if tobi already has the rinnegan, why does he need the sharingan? it looks like both eyes of madara turned, changed into the rinnegan. so shouldnt the rinnegan be able to do everything the sharingan could do. (for example, we saw god-pain see tsunade's chakra in her legs when nagato attacked konoha.) i have not seen


one thing is confirmed though... susanoo isnt just a special technique for the itachi/sasuke brothers. with madara using it, it shows that (possibly) any uchiha could achieve it eventually. so maybe the other techniques shown, such as tsyuomki (or whatever its called, the genjutsu) and amateratsu, are also techniques of the MS, not special to itachi/sasuke.


finally, i think tobi is..........could be anyone really. does it necessarily have to be an uchiha? i mean, we have seen kakashi implant the sharingan in his eye and been fairly successful with it.

ok, ok... who am i kidding. it has to be an uchiha...lol. im still going with izuna uchiha. maybe there is a reason why izuna and sasuke look so similar. maybe tobi plans to do with sasuke what orochimaru wanted to do with him. that is to take over his body and look younger again. haha. thats his final objective, and hes doing all this so he can "look" younger again.


tobi has to be someone that was around when madara was around. are there any female sharingan users? just curious.

noooooo madara gave nagato his rinnegan purposely , hence madara knowing nagato, and madara expecting to be revived BUT not through edo tensei and ESPECIALLY not being revived in his dieing old stage like nagato. thats why madara also said " things arnt going according to plans" , my assumption is that madara is very much involved with tobi and he formed a plan with him; wether tobi = izuna or tobi is just another madara (im leaning alot more towards tobi=madara)

then the question arises, how did madara know about "nagato". i read somewhere, that maybe the madara he was refering to in the last chapter was someone else, not the pain nagato we know.

so, then who is the person who madara thought brought him back to life.

right now we have:

1. "Nagato" (im also guessing its not the pain-nagato we know)
2. izuna uchiha - he has the motivation to destroy konoha, but its been suggested that he died.
3. sage of 6 paths - dont know why he would be doing this.
4. someone else...it could be a sub-leader of the uchiha clan and supported madara's cause before the split of madara and the uchiha clan before the battle with the first hokage.
5. zetsu, someone said zetsu copied madara and put him in tobi or something.

its not obito because madara and kabuto both know this person. madara could not have come across obito before his battle with the first hokage.

almighty push plus susanoo??? dats like nagato plus itachi in one person... dat means hashirama must have been very powerful even more powerful dan minato cos i dont think minato could take on nagato and itachi in one person.... damn gedo statue + susanoo.... Chibaku tensei + amaterazu..... not to mention a two headed susanoo... how did hashirama defeat madara because i havent seen anyone in this series dat would survive a battle with madaras powers

1. i dont know why so many people are pissed that Madara awakened the Rinnegan from EMS... Kishi has never really told us how one gets the Rinnegan!!! and as far as i know, Kishi treats the Sharingan with respect. it seems with the Sharingan especially the EMS, its power can be limitless!!! but as far as i can deduce, for the eye to evolve e.g from MS to EMS, a price has to be paid and an external force has to be present e.g eye transplant. i guess thats what Madara had intended all along, i believe he needed the Senju DNA to awaken his Rinnegan!!
2. Kabuto is a beast... thats why it took longer to ressurect Madara, he had to customise him in such a way that his body is as it was during his prime yet possesses a jutsu that was developed when Madara was near death!!! looks like we still dont know much about the IWR technique!!!
3. all this boils down to the SO6P 2 sons, the eyes and the body... the senju and the uchiha!!! so please stop saying naruto has to get the eyes!!! he still has to develop the TBB and "that jutsu". they might be the same but i doubt it... Naruto will have that "body" and hope most people here will not also complain that he has also been overpowered!!!

madara may have been defeated well before he awakened the rinnegan. by that i mean, only after he was defeated (moments before his death) is when madara realized how to awaken the rinnegan. meaning he didnt actually get a chance to use it again harishima. at least that is my assumption.

Nagato being a Uzumaki with long life must trade some of their lifespan to bring someone back from the dead with the rinnegan. Nagato hair was white with old age when he bought back the whole group of people who died.
