That's a good observation we just have to wait because there is almost endless theories about Tobi and Madara.

Madara is one big mystery.. we will learn alot from his next battle with rinnegan/sharingan. Also we still dont know how he managed to survive through 5 generations of hokage.. so All questions for madara should be put on hold especially since kishi hates showing us his powers.

madara-tobi cannot deactivate the sharingan or rinnegan eyes anymore. the eyes are not his. even if he is an uchiha, the eyes will be activated once he wears them upon transpant. it is like kakashi's.

this is the main reason why tobi-madara has masks. and kakashi conceals his left eye for this reason as well.

another question would be, if madara has no power to deactivate the sharingan eyes, "could he maximize the power?" -- like using MS? or EMS?

my guess is...he cannot as well.

i'd rather believe minato's story to his son Naruto. minato told us specifically from the start of that encounter - madara was the one responsible. minato could not identify who he was dealing with. but to assume a powerful nin to challenge him and give him problems like that would lead us to only one identity --- madara.

madara's tall tale to sasuke was all lie...all madara wants since he helped sasuke was " powerful eyes" to gain control of the kyuubi. and these eyes would be sasuke's.

madara...in his existence after his fight with the 1st hokage...was already full of lies. tobi's character is the shock absorber --- to make us say --- madara is a myth, a mystery and a legend.

just my thoughts...

re kisame's death or rather disappearance, i love to revive his character. kisame was one loyal and one powerful akatsuki member. his role was also helped and magnified by his partner -- itachi.
...as a good ending to this partnership of "marvelous power" and great render of values and attitude...we would leave kisame's case "dead" -- a better bearing that is.

suigetsu and choujorou could very well handle the 7sm summons. this will be a fantastic chapter to witness. i just can't see that happening now.
as i said before, zabuza and the other swordsmen fight "is kakashi's fight". and this one will be fantastic as well.

Probably because he's cautious of Kabuto the whole time, doesn't want any back-stabbing, but Kabuto even though to himself that he was more afraid of the rinnegan [which he can't "deactivate"].

Its quite a mysterious series.... Kishi loves to complicate the things and makes us speculate a lot......... I would hazard a point, has anyone noticed that madara hasn't used his mangekyo yet?????? i mean, he had EMS when he fought 1st Hokage, but the tobi version shows only normal sharingan??? Has he still got it and doesn't have the stamina??? or Has he replaced his eyes with another uchiha's??????

About Madara, it sort of contradicts; "...My left eye is hungry for battle..." - mabye it could refer to watching it? But I doubt it, if I had just unlocked the rinnegan, I would want to ST everyone away

i was doing some re reading and i think i know why madara says that the nine tails attack on the leaf was a natural accorence and he had nothing to do with it because the fouth used a jutsu on him he lost control of the fox so he had nothing to do with the fox after that and the fox wasnt to close to the village when he lost control thats my guess but still he started it but i beleave he lied but thats my guess
