Very nice theory. I didn't know that you write predictions =D In any case, even though your theory makes sense, so does Mr Hiru's:
So I will wait and see, other than that I liked your prediction but I think that it would get kind of ridiculous if were to see so many Madara and a powerful Obito. Obito must die now. He can't just return to Konoha as if nothing happened. If Kishi doesn't kill him now or at least take him in that way, I think that it would be very anticlimatic.

This is it. I've been waiting for some awesome predictions and you just made my day bhai. + rep apkoNOTE - This will be a damn long prediction. It also includes my theory in a way of how Madara survived vote. So be a little open minded please.

Obito {Seeing black rods coming in Sakura's direction} : Shit! SAKURA GET AWAY {SHOUTS}
Sakura ( trembling at Madara's sudden appearance ) : !?? How....did..he ?
Obito : Tch
[ forces himself to get up and Pushes Sakura away]
Sakura : Uwah!
[ Madara falls on the ground because of the absence of his body below his waist and starts healing rapidly and completely]
[Scene switches to real world]
Sasuke : Damn! [Moves to Kakashi's direction] Are you Okay?
Kakashi : Yeah sort of ....
Sasuke : Well good then. We need to .......{Surprise expression sensing some incoming danger}
[Sasuke moves along with Kakashi quickly out of the harms way]
Sasuke {Shocked}: How could it be....
Madara {With senile smile and scene showing his body completely growing back}....POSSIBLE ? Well for starters,"I am GOD and IMMORTAL".
[Scene switches to Naruto and Shadow Madara]
Naruto (Well he is sealed completely alright) : You stay here bastard. Gotta go and help Kakashi Sensei. [He takes off leaving the Shadow Madara with seal intact]
[Scene Switches to Kamui dimension]
[Sakura is getting Up while Obito is still sitting in the same position, thanks to Black zetsu,unable to move]
Madara {walking towards Obito}: Well then,it's time for me to take what is rightfully mine.
Sakura (I can't let him take his other Rinnegan)[Clenching her fist]: I won't let you.
[Sakura quickly runs towards Madara turning quickly on her feats and try to land a round kick. Madara avoids the kick rotates his body quickly coming behind her and landing a thrusting elbow simultaneously sending Sakura flying]
Sakura {Coughing blood and lying on the floor in severe pain} AHH!! [She tries to stand up but to no avail thanks to paralyzation genjutsu casted by Madara]
Obito {looking at Sakura} : Damn! Why you...?
[Scene again switches back to Sasuke,Kakashi and Madara ]
Sasuke (I see,so when he said he is immortal,he wasn't joking. But how could it be.....? {shocked and then smiles} Unless...) : Huh I see. So that's how it is. This is how you survived against Hashirama in that fated battle.
Madara [Narrows his eyes](This boy....Don't tell me he already..) : Don't bluff. Shouldn't you be worrying about your team-mate in other dimension?
Sasuke : No use in worrying about things that's out of your reach. All I can do now is just trust in their abilities and of-course will be helping them a little from here.NARUTO NOW !!{SHOUTS}
[All of a sudden there comes two Rasenshuriken bisecting Madara in two,much to his surprise, and Naruto lands beside Sasuke. Scene shows Madara's body growing up,not only one but now their are three Madara and the senile laugh is heard]
Madara {all 3 of them} : HAHAHAHA....Give it up kid It's useless. The more you cut me the more in number I'll be.
Kakashi and Naruto {Shocked and little terrified} : What in the world....?
Naruto : You moron why did to tell me to use my rasenshuriken and strike him.
Sasuke : Shut up loser and just watch [Tricking smile and turns to madara] Well then how about we create an army for you?
[Sasuke focuses on his rinnegan and suddenly appears behind 3 Madaras cutting them all in half. This again results in full regeneration resulting in 6 Madaras]
Madara [Changing Face expression] (What the hell is he planning? No matter. This Jubi Jin's ability of instant regeneration I received after absorbing Shinju is amazing. No matter how many times these kids .........{SHOCKED} : !!!??? What is this? My power it's as if I just became... [Madara with frustated look towards Sasuke] What did you do?
[Scene shows all 6 Madara each looking shocked,surprise and angry]
Sasuke {in calm and mocking voice} : They say,"When a man attains all the power in the world,only then,he reveals his true nature". You,I say,are nothing but an over-confident and arrogant loser [SMILES] Didn't I told you I've figured out your secret?
Naruto : Okay...I am not at all following you here Sasuke but looking at him pissed off I say we nailed him in some manner,Huh !!??
Sasuke {Looking at Naruto,Smiling and then turning his head towards Madara} : Yeah we did alright. Madara,the way you survived that fated battle,making hashirama completely believe that he killed you is by using 2 techniques of your EMS. I assume the first ability being Tsukuyomi which you may have used it on him to make him believe that your heart completely stopped. In that moment of sadness and loss of a best friend,even the greatest shinobi of his time got tricked. And what helped you execute your plan perfectly was your second ability,LIMBO. Am I right?
Madara : Tch...
Sasuke : At first I thought it is your Rinnegan technique because I could only see it after awakening the Rinnegan but then I thought about the possibility of having that "Straight Comma" thing we share in common thanks to Indra.
Madara {Surprised as if he heard it for the first time} : You what are you even....?
Sasuke : The reason I could see it is not because I activated the Rinnegan but because the SO6P triggered the full activation of Indra's chakra within me to it's full potential,something I might have able to awaken myself later in my life. I only reached this hypothesis because if it is just my Rinnegan that is making me see your LIMBO then how is it even possible for Naruto to even sense it? The reason is simple,it's 'cause for him too SO6P triggered the activation of Ashura's chakra within him to it's full potential.
Madara and Kakashi {surprise} : When did you two met SO6P?
Sasuke {Calm and ignoring manner} : That day at VOTE you used LIMBO and seperated your shadow at the last moment. Only those who have awaken two abilties in both MS can awaken the "Third Power" - SUSANO'O. Isn't that right? Limbo was your second ability. Though even when it was your eyes' second ability it consumed an immense amount of Physical Chakra for even one time use,thus making it an unusable battle type ability and putting it in the category of Escape Jutsu. That handicap got removed the moment you implanted Hashirama's Cell and acquired his/Ashura's immense physical chakra and awaken the Rinnegan,but even then you can use it for 2 times max I assume,though now,thanks to Jubi even that handicap is totally nullified.
Kakashi : But that only explains his survival at VOTE Sasuke,not immortality.
Sasuke {Smiles calmly} : The technique divides your very soul into two and thus making you immortal,or so it seems. As long as one soul remains other can't be killed. That and of-course the fact that you are now Jubi's Jinchuriki which helps in your quick body regeneration. Though that's where Mine and Naruto's ability comes in. We used the power of SO6P to not just cut you,but to cut you in a way that you can't rejoin yourself. Also in a way to decrease your power. Simply put,all your parts are now just 1/7th part of power of your original. Meaning you all are 7 times weaker than your original self.
Madara [Frustated] : The hell did you achieve by all that non-sense brat? NOTHING,NOTHING AT ALL {SHOUTS}
Naruto and Sasuke {Smiling and taunting} : Then why the insecurity old geezer?
[Scene switches to Kamui dimension]
[Madara shown lifting Obito by neck and Sakura lying in the ground]
Madara {Shocked}(What the hell? My power !! I feel so damn weak from before all of the sudden. Tch those bastards,the hell did they do on the other side. Never mind I should finish things here first) : Your time is up bastard. I'll kill you first then take my Rinnegan back.
Obito : (Shit! ....Huh...Huh...So this is it....Finally!!)[Starts to lose his conscious and sees Sakura lying and thinks of Kakashi]
[All of the sudden he hears a voice]
*My name is Obito Uchiha and I'll be Hokage someday*
Obito [opening his eyes again slowly] : This .......is......not..... the........way....
[Madara smiles evilly]
*I believe that the "WHITE FANG OF THE LEAF" was the true Hero. Those in this ninja world who don't follow the written and unwritten rules are regarded as scums,that's true. But those who abandon their comrades are worse than scums*
Obito {Thinks of Kakashi and sees Sakura } : (Kakashi is still out there alive,I know it. And I can't let her die,it won't happen again,I have to...)
*I'll remain the scum anyway so I choose to break the rules*
Obito {widening the rinnegan making it unnoticeable by Madara} : ......
Madara [Raising his hands backward with lightning forming in his hand] : GET READY OBITO.....
*And if that won't let me become a true Ninja......*
[Madara thrusts his hand into Obito's chest with sinister smile]
*.......I'LL DESTROY THIS SO CALLED "NINJA" *
Obito [with smile on his face ] : Huh...Fool!....
[All of a sudden his body disappears leaving Madara in the state of shock]
Madara [Surprise] : What? No way he couldn't have......[Shocked and in pain] AHH!!!??? {Coughing blood}
[Scene shows Obito standing behind Madara piercing him with his staff and his hand]
Madara (Damn Can't move !! He is absorbing great amount of Chakra and life force) : What is this sealing jutsu you bastard?
Obito {Recovering slightly and finally breathing properly} : Who knows? One shouldn't tell his secret to his enemy. Isn't that what you taught me, MADARA UCHIHA? I don't know what happened but all of the sudden your power decreased that left you shocked and wide open to trick. {SHOCKED !!!} Huh I see so that's how it is huh? You are not alone then....
[Obito taking enough Chakra walks infront of Madara and plucks out his MS . Scene shows Obito's Rinnegan Closing]
Madara : Damn you bastard ! You used my Rinnegan for Izanagi {SHOUTS IN ANGER}
Obito {serious tone } : Exactly. Why sacrifice my belonging when I have a spare in my possession? Now for your
other Rinnegan.
[Obito destroys the other Rinnegan but it fades away as if it wasn't even there along with the entire body. Obito walks to Sakura and release her from Sharingan Genjutsu]
Obito : Let's get out of here shall we? I still have to see through the destruction of this so called "NINJA" while Naruto does that.
Sakura : What are you...?
[Scene switch back to real world where Shadow Madara was sealed. Scene shows the seal breaking]
Inner voice : Give me the control.....I shall grant your wish.
Madara : No. I'll do it myself. Just grant me your eyes. I've had enough of playing with these kids....
[Who is the inner voice speaking to Madara? What does Madara have to replace his Rinnegan? One down 6 to go....

A doubt by -ahhimanne seemed legit so if anyone else have it here is a little clarrification.
Nope. I think and believe Rinnegan can't be copied or multiplied 'cause it is sort of portrayed as devine power. Thus it even faded away when Madara got revived. The real rinnegan here is with Shadow Madara. Hope I made it clear. xd Btw thanks for reading the wall of text
EDIT - Also only Madara's body regenerated. That doesn't includes Kakashi's eye. Only his rinnegan which is sort of linked to Shadow Madara meaning fake in a way pretty much like Nagato's 6 paths.

The copies do make sense. Maybe thats another abilitiy of the Rinnegan, kinda how Nagato's Doggy summoning could do the same.

What do you expect sakura to do against Madara when she is nearly out of chakra and is exhausted after treating so many shinobis?
Yeah. Though I got inspired from one of the character's ability from "Ramayan" named "Ravana"- the main villain of that Story. It's kind of very cultural folk tale in my country.
