I would love it if something like this happened to Kakashi, think about it ; he has used his eye too much and now needs another. There in lies Obito, as redemption he gives his eye to kakashi.

First, Great prediction and really unique one.
However I dislike it due it being too farfetched. I will try to elaborate more about it:
1) Obito leaving Kamui dimenssion doesn't make sense because he asked Sakura to consider him as enemy this time instead of ally... it clearly suggest death wish... or else Kishi's foreshadowing doesn't make sense
2) Kakashi can not get EMS because to get EMS you need to have sibiling with MS awoken, so both MS could be merged.
3) idea of Kakashi getting overpowered is simple stupid and would be annoying because Kakashi has been spamming Kamui since the end of war arc, through entire Juubi's revival arc, then Madara and Obito arc then Obito Jinchurki arc and even Madara return arc... which is happening now. Kishi just recently makes him blind, showing that finally the price for use MS techniques came. Yes it finally took toll on him and then you overpower him again so he will spam Kamui DOES NOT MAKE SENSE and would be poor writting.
4) Kakashi doesn not need to overpowered as it would Make Naruto and Sasuke power ups pointless or overshadowed. Clearly the show belongs to just Naruto and Sasuke vs Madara now.
5) I think you focused to much on Obito's condition and everything concerning Obito instead Kishi most likely will focus on the Naruto and Sasuke vs Madara, because Madara just got power up also.
I am sorry if I am harsh but it was just borderline of fanfiction. Ciriticism aside, You have done very well and showed excellent writting skills
You have bright future ahead of you, I really enjoyed reading it and as for first try it was top notch definietly

I enjoyed your prediction.
However, I do think that Kakashi activating the Susanoo will be a bit to far-fetched. As far as I know, only true Uchiha clansmen have till date managed to awaken the complete Susanoo, and there can be a possibility that even with both the eyes of Obito, Kakashi will still need some time to figure out how to actually activate all his newly acquired powers.
Also, I would like to see more of Obito fighting alongside the SA. Probablu

It's a bold prediction, everything was normal until Kakashi got a power up (which i am okay with) but the power up seems a bit too huge for him.
Spiral Zetsu's last line messed up the entire prediction for me.
