Yes Sasuke obviously has pure intentions as well or Hagoromo wouldn't have given him power.

dunno about that sasuke might have bad intentions but hagoromo feels bad about not giving enough attenion to indra so he agve sauske some power plus naruto might need the help.

or it is good intentions but after naruto becomes hokage sasuke will follow in indra and madaras foot steps

It was good, but Sasuke isn't getting the Rinnegan. It contradicts what Hagoromo said. If Sasuke gets it, that mean Naruto gets it, as it is a complete harmonization of both of their chakras.
