Sasuke is the one getting the Rinnegan because he is an Uchiha that has Hashirama's chakra and cells with in his body just like Madara.
The Sage Of Six Paths also gave Sasuke of half his powers.

Yeah. Sasuke with the EMS & Rinnegan (staff good idea), Naruto with new Bhijuu form and Sage Mode (also, the staff was a good idea).

This guy should be Kishi's inspiration, but we will be trolled some more for the next few weeks.
