Naruto manga 661- The 6th Hokage
The opening panel shows Naruto falling to the ground after having Kurama extracted from him.
Gaara- Naruto!!
Gaara uses his sand to catch Naruto and lower him down to the ground.
Tsunade- (thinking)(tears in here eyes) Naruto.... No..
Sakura- (tears in her eyes) Naruto!!
Tsunade and Sakura rush over to Naruto.
Madara- I don't think so!
Madara- Fire style: Fireball Jutsu!
Madara's fireball hits inbetween Sakura and Tsunade.
Sakura is pushed backwards, as Tsunade powers forward.
Tsunade-(thinking) I won't let him die yet..
Images of Dan and Nawaki appear in the background.
Dan/Nawaki- To be Hokage, that is my dream!
An image of Naruto appears.
Naruto- I'm gonna become Hokage no matter what!
Tsunade- (thinking) Yes, Naruto.. You will.
Tsunade lands near Naruto and lowers her head to his chest.
Tsunade- He's still breathing!
Tsunade begins healing Naruto.
The scene switches to Minato, Kakashi, Obito and Black Zetsu.
Minato- ?!
Kurama(dark)- Minato, you feel it too, right?

Minato clinches his fists and a tear comes to his eye.
Kakashi- Sensei, what is it?
Minato- Kakashi, can you handle him?

Obito- (thinking) Naruto..
Minato uses his teleportation jutsu to teleport next to Tobirama, who is pulling the rods out of Hashirama.
Tobirama- 4th!
Minato- Madara took the Kyuubi!
Tobirama- What?!
Kurama(dark)- Minato, switch with me.
Kurama(dark)- Madara pulled my other half into the Gedo Mazou, he has the other Tailed Beasts as well! We don't have much time!
Hashirama- (thinking) Madara..
Hashirama attempts to stand.

Hashirama- Yes, however, even as an Edo Tensei, this bod will take a while to fully recover from having that much chakra taken..

The scene switches back to Tsunade, healing Naruto.
Sakura- Tsunade-sama! Naruto!
Sakura drops down next to Naruto and begins healing him as well.
Tsunade- No, Sakura.
Sakura- What?!
Gaara- Let her help you, Lady Hokage!
Tsunade- ....No, I'm going to use my grandmothers jutsu.
Tsunades Byakugou seal begins to glow then wraps all down body, arms and legs.
Sakura- No, Tsunade-sama! You don't have enough chakra to--
Tsunade- Silence Sakura! Listen to me carefully.
Tears begins to fall from Tsunade's face.
Tsunade- Tell Naruto, from today on.....
The panel splits into several smaller ones, showing all the faces of the Shinobi surrounding Naruto.
Tsunade- ... he is the 6th Hokage!
Tsunade's Byakugou seal begins to glow immensely bright, then it starts to wither away as Tsunade's body ages.
Tsunade then falls over, next to Naruto, who's eyes start to open.
Naruto- Sa... Sakura-chan..
Sakura- (tears flowing down her cheeks) Yes.... Hokage-sama..
Naruto- !!
