Well, it looks like Kishi completely forgot about characters like Jiraiya and Kushina, so I guess they won't be revived. But if they aren't during the war and Obito remain good (I'm saying good, according to my prediction, if he really becomes kinda "good"), he may be able to revive them later, which I guess will ruin their characters, especially Jiraiya's...

Well, I would like if Rin is revived as I predicted, but I doubt that she'll be still connected somehow with Isobu. I mean, he's in the Juubi right now. And about Gaara, his sand powers aren't Shukaku's. He has them thanks to his mother.

A jin can still keep some powers though. For instance, Roshi of the lava style (4 tails jin) was able to use some lava jutsus in the battle against Naruto and Bee. Later, Bee stated that he didn't know that the jinchuurikis would still be able to go into tailed beast States. This implies that it was expected that the jins would still be able to use some powers without their tailed beasts. Also that whole mother's love thing with Gaara was probably just philosophical. Shukaku probably still has at least something slight to do with it.
